Michael Farrier was very professional , patient and went above his job to help me select my furniture . He realized i was very nervous to purchase a dresser on line without seeing it, so he showed me exactly what it would look like in the wood of an entertainment piece

Xavier was exceptionally helpful during the selection and purchase process. Went above and beyond to get product info, was never a “pushy” salesperson, and was gracious for our business.

A place to be and a man to meet!
My wife and I went to R&F in Garden City looking for a mattress to replace an existing one. We were greeted by Frank. We asked for what we wanted and surely, it was in stock. We were next to his computer and my wife saw a sofa sleeper, next to it. He demonstrated how it eventually ended up as a bed. I told him that the bed was in the wrong spot.😆 We both liked the Alora because of its quality. He also mentioned to us that he was the inventor of the "stuff" that is part of the bed, which prevents it go aflame. One must meet this guy. Frank is not a salesman but he just sold us the bed, sofa sleeper, and a pair of pillows. All of these were made to last. It was quite an experience going to Garden City, to say the least. THANK YOU, Frank of R&F of Garden City ! !

We had an excellent experience working with Michael Farrier. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very informative, patient and no BS. He took his time and gave us all of our options. Definitely one of the best sales experiences my wife and I have ever had. We couldn't recommend him any higher!

Anthony was great. He showed us every recliner in the store, explaining each one’s features. He was never pushy, but let us come to our own conclusions.

Great customer service and great products
We were greeted by sales associate Keith Lebowitz, who made us feel welcomed but also gave us the space to look on our own. He checked in on us to answer questions, brought us waters, measured out furniture. It was the best experience we’ve had in store. We ended up using room planner and ultimately making our purchase online. Thank you Keith you helped make a big decision an easy one. :)
