I was able to quickly find the item I wanted with the help of my salesperson who was polite and not pushy. He showed me just the item I described. I think he got me the best possible price and I look forward to delivery.

The best experience ever
We had the pleasure of working with Sharon.
Because Sharon knows the store so well it saved us time and she was able to show us furniture in the styles we were looking for. Sharon is kind and helpful easy to work with . She helped us pick out the best pieces to complete our project without being pushy. We purchased more then expected . The furniture fits perfectly without being to much. I would ask for her again.
The delivery was great also came on time. Truly a wonderful experience.

Scheduled pick up was for Saturday got to the store it wasn’t there. I was told it would be there on Monday still not there. I called 3 times was put on hold all 3 calls were disconnected. Called again told them I was disconnected 3 times prior gentleman took my number and said someone will call you and they never did!

The only issue I had
The only issue I had, was that the white glove service did not include taking the old recliner out to the curb. I am a senior, who lives alone and had to make other arrangements to discard my recliner. The cost of delivery was quite expensive, and in my opinion this service should have been included.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my fantastic experience at Raymour & Flanigan, thanks to the outstanding service from Faith Wyckoff at the Garden City, L.I. store.
Faith has been my go-to salesperson for about five years. Whenever I need a new piece of furniture, I seek her out because she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I find exactly what I need. Faith takes the time to listen, offers expert advice, and makes the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. She genuinely cares about her customers, and her dedication is the reason I keep coming back. Thank you, Faith!
Most recently, I purchased a mattress, and once again, Faith provided stellar service—above and beyond. This mattress is unbelievably comfortable, and I’m getting the best sleep I’ve had in years.
The delivery team, Jose Benites and Jesus Zavala, were also amazing! They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and made the setup quick and seamless. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, ensuring everything was perfect before they left.
From start to finish, this was a five-star experience. If you’re shopping at Raymour & Flanigan, I highly recommend working with Faith—she’s simply the best! And the delivery team made the final step just as smooth. Thank you all for an exceptional experience!
