She also, showed me comparisons of what I was looking for which solidified my choice.

Sales team and team who loaded into car were all very professional.

The selection of counter height dining furniture was vast. The assistant we received from Pamela helped me to narrow down my decision on what to purchase.

Extremely helpful service representative who guided us directly to the lounge/recliners we came to see.

Sales person told us that set we are buying is made and designed in Italy. Turns out that its made in China and designed in California by Michael Amini (I guess designers' last name confused sale person). So we paid around 10K for chinese made furniture. Sales people should be trained to tell truth.

I had good service all the time but three weeks ago I went back and got some more furniture and I was fortunate enough to receive excellent service from fate Whyckoff she’s truly understanding knowledgeable very cordial very friendly and incredibly helpful. Our salesperson, Lincoln was outstanding in the services rendered to my wife and me during our visit. He was personable, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. He provided us with the exact furnishings we were looking for, totally committed to seeing us 100% satisfied with our purchases. We are so grateful for all the time, effort, and support he gave us during our visit to your store. Thank you, so much.

The salesman was courteous and provided information on the type of furniture we needed. The sale was simple since I had purchased furniture previously. The only sticking point was that the salesman did not put in the delivery date we wanted until he called back a week later to get the date from me. The delivery on 2/28/26 we had discussed during our talks on the furniture we wanted.

The living room furniture set I purchased 7 months ago is horrible! The motor of one of the recliners is already broken. Another recliner is making weird sounds. I have a warranty but it’s next to impossible to get through o the service department. There is absolutely no follow through when you finally speak to someone,

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about product features, pricing, and availability. She answered every question we had, and was not pushy about making a sale.

Terrible experience. Our furniture arrived damaged and broken, with my dresser missing—even though I had called Erick in advance to confirm that all pieces would be ready. Additionally, the TV stand was the wrong color. I was also charged twice for another order. When I arrived for pickup, the associate I spoke with (Erick) told me they couldn’t find my order or payment, even though the online department confirmed it had been processed and was ready. I still had to pay again.

My furniture wasn’t available on the scheduled pickup date, and the order—originally set for December 1st—was delayed by a full week, leaving me with nowhere to store my clothes after discarding my old dresser. The store’s phone system is completely useless—no one ever answers.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Eric Hall was an amazing sales man. He was pleasant patient and had a real eye for design. I highly recommend working with him.

The delivered sofa is wobble and one of the leg is defective. I called sales and he said need to set up repair service. Technician came a week later on 11.07 and fixed the leg, remove the plastic cushion of one leg to make it touching the floor, I'm not satisfied with it, want a replacement but he said not his call. So I went to store speaking with the sales on 11.16 and he spoke to his manager, then he brought me to customer care saying that will request a new sofa for me, but that's Sunday so they need to let me know next day Monday, then until today 12.06 still no confirmation and no update, and saying that need to wait for reply from repair division, very frustrated.
