We felt the selection of furniture was great, and the staff was friendly, well informed and easy to work with. We appreciated that we could explore on our own as well as get wonderful assistance when we were ready. Michael Simone was especially patient in working with us as we worked towards our final decision!

Friendly and knowledgeable. I had several issues and he wa able to clear everything up.

I would have given it 0 stars if I could...this is the second time I've been burned by Raymour and Flanigan...their telephone customer service agent when you call are extremely rude!!!! The first time was with my mattress I purchased. My wife was pregnant at the time so she was in bed for a few months before birth. The mattress had buckled and she was having problems sleeping. I had full mattress protection at the time. They sent a man to look at the mattress and he was rude to my wife so I had to throw him out of my house. So he wrote that there was nothing wrong with the mattress. So I purchased another mattress from a different company. This time my wife fell in love with an ottoman at the Garden City location we ordered a special material so we had to wait a few months for it to be made..I received an email the the ottomon came in..so I called the store and was told by an associate that the item was in the store and ready for pick-up. So yesterday I rented a truck and as I was driving I called to get the particulars of where to go and I was then told that the item was actually not even in the store it was upstate. So now they want me to pay for they're delivery charge on top of the money I spent to rent the truck..and the lady was rude as can be about the whole thing..these people have no regard for anything but money even after it was their fault..unbelievable. Lots of choice, great prices, great experience

Went in for a new bed for our son. Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff.

I bought a new bedroom set for a substantial amount of money. I have it for two months and some water spilled on the night table. The finish peeled off like a piece of paper. I have never experienced anything like this from a water spill. It shows that the furniture is low quality. The service department will not replace it or stand behind this repair unless I have a $389.00 protection plan. Even then, I would bet that they would say the plan does not cover this. I am thoroughly disgusted and will not purchase anything else this company. Beware of the quality of the furniture that you purchase. They push the plan because they have problems with quality.

The Sales person was extremely helpful, polite and very paciente and accommodating to my needs.

Salesman was cordial knowledgeable of products and very helpful in meeting my needs.

The salesman Joseph Moscon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product he was showing us. There was no sales pressure at all.

Faith was a fantastic salesperson and helped us select the perfect mattress in our price range.

After a year and a half of trying to get a new battery for the recliner I purchased in 2022 I was told they are not under warranty! Why no one ever mentioned this to me the first time we went is a mystery. Customer care even had me send pictures of the battery to the service dept. twice!! Went back talked to a manager who was going to give us a discount on another battery but when heard the story and could not believe no one assisted us that length of time
he eventually came back and had a new battery delivered.

Recently, my wife & I decided to do a L.R. makeover. We spent tireless hours searching for just the right combination for our open floor plan. Nothing seemed to excite us very much. Almost ready to quit looking until after the holidays, we stopped into the R&F location at 895 E Gate Blvd in G.C. We were greeted by Faith Wyckoff. A true professional who knows the business. My mom went there and she was sold on a horrible mattress. Horrible high pressure sales. They're interested in the commission and will sell you on a cactus mattress if it makes them $$.

sales people very helpful. did not pressure to buy that day. seemed among themselves they were helpful to each other and didn't try to 'POACH" customers.

she will do well in any business. couldnt be more helpful. put her on a list to move up in your business
or she will go elsewhere. Yes she is that good.
