I returned to this store with my wife, who was there the week before. We dealt with the salesman she met that day. He was very pleasant, knowlegdable and honest. That last item is important as we had a somewhat disturbing experience at one of your stores, which is closer to our home, the week before.

I liked my salesman "STEVE", but I didn't like the store policy of not giving me the extra 5% after spending $4,000 for a mattress.I was told afterward it didn't apply to my mattress purchase. I think that's BS and I am turned off from Raymour Flanigan...I was a returning customer.........

Bob Bunnenberg was great. He really was knowledgeable about everything that we purchased. He gave us options and we never felt rushed. All sales personnel should be like him. I will definitely return when I need something and ask for Bob.

Easy to make the purchase on line. Originally went to the store to see it in person and check out comfort and color match with my sofa. When order placed on line, I acknowledged salesman who assisted in the store.

Steve at Farmingdale North greeted us once we walked in and helped us find what we were looking for. The district manager, Georgia Dandalos was awesome as well.

Sales lady Dipika was knowledgeable and efficient.

I found the exact table I wanted for my dining area with the perfect color and finish. It was delivered within 3 days and arrived with no damage. Looks really good!

Sales man took his time listen to what we want and directed us, and we made the right decision and we are very happy! We are even going back to make another purchase and will be asking for him again

I first called the store and spoke with Reggie and explained my situation and immediately he helped me by applying his concerns, knowledge and suggestions.
I met Reggie later that morning in the store and was able to select the appropriate recliner for my husband.
My pertinent purchase became comfortable and worthwhile due to Reggie's professional understanding!

Sales person was thoughtful and was very helpful.
