Michael Lerner is a real pro and I trust him which is saying a lot in the furniture business. I also did not realize that Raymour and Flanigan is the largest furniture retailer in the Northeast and not some publicly traded company removed from the customer and more focused on a balance sheet

Shopping for a recliner
Our visit to your Farmingdale location was to find a power lift recliner. We were greeted by your salesman, Jonny A. He was knowledgeable and personable. He listened to what I wanted in a recliner and he showed me several different models. It was an easy and enjoyable experience and I expect delivery tomorrow.

Great salesperson
Erick was very helpful & gave all the information needed. I went the next day to show my husband the couch I wanted but couldn't decide on a matching recliner. My daughter told me, "just ask Eric. I trust him".

Unfortunately A very bad experience
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The salesman and the manager during the purchase were polite and professional and very helpful.
However, the mattress we purchased was defective and needed to be returned but only After a technician came to my home and measured the defect.
I then went back to the store to discuss a replacement and was informed that I would have to come back A third time because that transaction required a manager, and I would need to make an appointment.
I made an appointment and showed up on time and went to the courtesy desk or customer service desk there were other customers online. There was only one customer service employee, and I was told I had to wait for my turn.
All I wanted was for the customer service representative to inform the manager that I was there for the appointment. I was told that it was Company policy And I had to wait my turn merely have the customer service rep to pick up the phone and inform the manager that I was there for the scheduled appointment.
I had already been inconvenienced twice by a Having been sold a defective Mattress Then needing to schedule a home visit for a technician technician to confirm that it was defective, then going to the showroom and being advised that a manager was not available and I had to return, and then upon my return with a scheduled an appointment the employee was unwilling to merely announce that I was in the store for my scheduled appointment.
So I was forced to wait for the other customers to finish and even then I had to wait for the manager to meet with me quite a bit after my scheduled appointment.
Needless to say, my Raymore Flanagan experience was not a happy one

Very helpful team quick and responsive. Shayne we was excellent at helping me pick out an appropriate couch for my home. She worked with my dimensions and preferences and found me a couch at the price I wanted to spend.

Great service, great salesman, and most importantly not Overly pushy. Allowed my wife and kids enough time to sit on every couch before making their decision, fast and easy check out and delivery in 3 days, cant ask for much more!
