Do Not Shop here EVER; update
The 3 sets of furniture broke shortly upon receiving them. I have had several service calls to basically lemon law the items. The service team has been rude, outright hanging up on me, refusing my calls and refusing service. Yes, I purchased extended plans, but NO, they NEVER fix anything correctly, then blame the consumer for neglect or abuse, whatever they dream up. I have 3 units NOT safe to use or broke. I've been reaching out for several months regarding these issues and I have been avoided, denied communication or left waiting for broken promise return calls. I have a conversation and evidence of this completely outrageous behavior no consumer should have to suffer with. I cannot morally recommend this company EVER.
EDIT on 11/26/2024: After much back and forth the company did resolve this issue, I hope nobody has to deal with this like I did, it was extremely frustrating.

The store manager Mike Ross from the Deptford,New Jersey store greeded me with a smile at the door,listening to what I wanted and made sure he was there every step of the way.He is a great manager who goes above and beyond with customers.He definitely deserves a raise or big bonus.

Wonderful experience
We had the best experience with Todd Sharofsky when we stopped in the store to shop for our family room furniture. He was very patient with us, he even sat with me while my husband ran home to get a piece of our luxury vinyl plank flooring to see what color went best with it. He was never pushy with us & went above & beyond to make our experience wonderful. Thank you so much Todd. We look forward to working with you the next time we need furniture.

We liked the products you offered. The showroom had a nice variety. The sales agent ordered an incorrect fireplace insert and now we have to wait for someone to rectify this issue. A bit disappointing...
