Catherine was wonderful! I had sworn off of R&F due to an ongoing issue with an incorrectly installed mattress. Catherine obviously swayed me back. Now if only I could get my issue resolved…

We were greeted quickly by Mary Ellen Hooper and taken to exactly what we were looking for. She assisted our move to the other side of the store with a wheelchair due to our mobility troubles. So sweet! The delivery was fast and efficient by very polite men. The chair is perfect color, size and a delight to own so far.

Trent greeted us at the door with a big smile. When he saw my wife’s cane, he asked her if she needed a special chair, which they had available. Asking us our needs, he lead us back to the recliners. Trent asked my wife a few questions about her mobility issues. He then proceeded to show us a recliner that he felt would would meet both of our needs. He went over every feature and he was able to answer every question we had. We purchased 2 recliners. Trent helped us with finding a way to get rid of a sofa that is in the den where we are placing the recliners. Trent is an exemplary salesman. He is knowledgeable, caring and friendly. We would recommend him to our friends

I had a great experience at the store in Deptford. Jay helped me find my furniture without being "pushy" or pressuring me to rush into a decision. He was informative and I felt he was honest. Overall it was a great experience.
