The furniture is very good quality and even doing the order virtually was a good experience.

I received 2 of the items I ordered but there had been no update on the mattress I ordered. The order was placed on 1/18/24. Tried several times to call and couldn’t get a real person. Left a message for someone to call back to no avail!

The overall experience was good, but I just felt your male employee was inappropriately staring at a female minor while she was bent over. There was no one else in that section but us; at any time he could've averted his eyes but he did not.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and caring. Manager was very considerate and helpful

Found out that during my shopping experience, I was not informed of a vital piece of the bed frame needed to support the mattress…found out after delivery that my bed was missing this piece and purchased it in store. When told that I was never offered this piece in the first place, no attempt was made to apologize or offer any sort of discount…just charged full price with no accountability from the staff

I walked in needing a pillow for my neck, and Shorty did one thing made sure he found the correct pillow and kept it Short 😂😂 sales person was very pleasant and knew how to respond to all my questions thank you shorty most people that works under Natalie knows their stuff thanks for raymour Flanigan workers

Great service and very easy to order bedroom furniture.

My first encounter with Raymour & Flanagan was very positive. I was treated with respect and Mr. Ajaj was quite the gentleman and professional. I was very satisfied with the service that I received and will be visiting again soon. I have family members and friends who have shopped at this business and also stated being very satisfied.
