R&M Made it right.
Purchased coffee table, opted for pickup.
Upon opening, found glass top to be scratched and defective polished edges.
Everyone at R&M was willing to help replace glass. Manager Ernie (DiBartolo?)was exceptionally helpful and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Very pleased with their customer service. Would definitely use R&M t.o purchase again.

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We paid for a new mattress and scheduled delivery in 2 days. The mattress was out of stock. No problem..then scheduled delivery 5 days later between 1230 and 330...they came at 5 and didn't want old mattress. But love new mattress!

Excellent experience…
We bought a mattress from Raymour & Flanigan and were very pleased with our salesperson and the service we received. However, after trying the mattress for 30 days we were not pleased with what we picked. It turned out to be too firm for us. So we exercised Raymour & Flanigan's return policy and re-selected another new mattress with the only cost to us being the delivery fee. Again, we had an excellent salesperson (manager) and excellent service. We have our mattress now and love it! It was an unbelievably good experience throughout this entire process, thanks to Raymour & Flanigan salespeople, delivery people and the Raymour & Flanigan guarantee policy.

Great furniture. Felt I was treated like I was stupid. Too much to type. Every room in both my houses furnished by R&F. Never expected what happened. People can be terrible.

Very pleased
Very pleased. Irena was a wonderful saleswomen in Collegeville and Victoria was very helpful with the delay to get us our missing pieces and an additional savings. We will definitely be back.
Even when we picked up our furniture in Delaware it was packed well and they helped us load it.
Extremely pleased from start to finish and we love our new living room set.
