The associates at RF were cordial, professional, helpful and much appreciated!

The sales person Mike was great very helpful and professional. Give me ideas to know what that of couches would look great in my livingroom.

It was very much like buying a car, with upselling after our decision was made and then having to go over the upsell items we declined with a manager again, and once again before we paid. We have purchased previously a few times with you and if this is how it’s going to be, I’d rather pay more to not be bothered while shopping and when we say no thank you respect that decision. Truly unfortunate.

An associate greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in the door. We were informed of the current sales happening throughout the store and given the space to browse the showroom. The associate stayed nearby to answer questions but did not hover over us and was very helpful with providing functions and specs for the furniture we chose. The associate walked us through our entire purchase. It was a very enjoyable and seamless process. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for furniture.

Though the item I initially wanted was not in stock, my sales rep patiently spent about an hour helping me find an alternative that would meet my needs

We had been to the store in Christiana days prior to making the purchase and we were very impressed with Sean. Sean introduced himself and told us that he would be nearby if we needed anything or had any questions. We appreciated the distance that he offered us. It was very pleasant being able to take our time and look at each item without the pressure of an overbearing salesperson. Needless to say we came back and asked for Sean and made our purchase. Everyone else was wonderful as well.

It's all about Mo and Sam. We just downsized from a 3,000 sq. ft. home to a 1300 sq. ft. apartment. Trying to think smaller and find furniture for this space was needless to say, a challenge.

From the moment we walked into Raymour & Flanigan-Christiana we knew we were working with professionals. Moe and Sam worked very hard from sale to delivery to provide us with the pieces that made our new space a home.

Rest assured you are in good hands with Moe and Sam.

So very helpful getting my mom a replacement for her power lift recliner. The store manager and customer service representatives worked so hard with delivery to have it delivered at a busy time the day before thanksgiving. I am so thankful to them for helping me at a stressful time with my mom just out of the hospital. Thank you!

I live out of state but have shopped at Raymore and Flanigan before and love the quality I always find there. We do not have a store in our state so when I was in Delaware for family business and stopped in to test out couches. I found the one I wanted and was able to place an order when I got home to New Hampshire.

Deidre L. was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. I was able to text her my order and she took care of everything. She replied quickly, sent me photos of fabric swatches I requested so I could make my final decision. She went out of her way to make the process a breeze.

Prices for merchandises were affordable, and they are just I needed to give to my niece as a Christmas present.
