I bought a 2 piece set from this company about a year ago. 2 of my cushions are ripped. About a month or so ago, I reported 1 rip and was told it would cost me over $100 and depending on what else I may need, it would cost more. Well I just found another rip! This furniture is trash! I have never had this experience with furniture in my life! This is totally unacceptable when this furniture was very close to $2,000! I Would never waste a cent at this place again!!!

The sales rep Hans was very knowledgeable of the different styles and amenities of the recliners. He was also very patient and not your typical pushy type of salesperson. He didn't rush us, just to get a sale.

We have purchased from Raymour and Flannigan before. They have great products, friendly service and on time delivery.

My wife and I were able to speak with a manager and an excellent representative who offered us a terrific suggestion for what we were seeking. We appreciate the help they gave us very much.

I would like to say Annette our sales associate that we dealt with is probably one of the best salesperson we ever had to deal with she was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us and when we needed a question answered she was more than happy to answer it. She made shopping for furniture very pleasurable. She also always follows up on deliveries to make sure everything that we ordered arrived when it was supposed to we will always deal with her in the future. Thank you
