We went looking for a living room set with a non- negotiables. Our salesman did an awesome job showing us options and offering ideas to make it happen for us. It was a great experience and we were happy that we got what we wanted at a great price.

Friendly staff and great prices
Annette has been my Sales Person on several occasions. She is professional and knows exactly what im looking for. I will not shop anywhere else. Good quality furniture and reasonable prices.

New furniture
Furniture was delivered in a timely manner, customer service was great. Upon unexpected assembly of the tables however, I was extremely disappointed with everything about this item. Recliners are awesome.

Hidden fees and outright delivery lies
My sales guy said 1500 for everything, out the door it was over 1800. The delivery time was 8:30am I called at 11:00 only ti be told they inverted the delivery route. The driver said it was the very first time it has ever happened and doesn't know how it could've even happened. It was a REHEARSED EXCUSE you could easily tell he's recited many many times before. No one called me tell me about this ULTRA "RARE" occurrence to inform me that I had gone from FIRST DELIVERY to LAST DELIVERY?? The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the ease of purchase and stock availability. When you LIE to your customers with a pre-made script/excuse you aren't getting my business anymore. Just get my bed here when you say you will !!! 👎👎
