I would give zero stars
I would give zero stars, if possible. I am a long time customer of R&F. Recently, I placed an order for bunk beds. I was given a date of 3/16/21 for delivery; which was about 8-10 weeks. I followed up on five separate occasions to be sure we were on track for the delivery. The most recent time was three days before expected delivery. On the morning of 3/16/21, we took down and disposed of the children’s beds. Around noon, I called to find out what time to expect them and was told that they would be delayed until MAY 20!! I had no issue with the timeframe. But that I was not notified of the delay is unacceptable customer service!!

Raymour and Flanigan Outlet
The Raymour and Flanigan outlet in East Hanover is excellent! Jordan helped us all along the way, gave us the right amount of attention, and was very helpful. Never felt pressured and ended up going back to order more. The cashier was super friendly and very diligent. I highly recommend Jordan and the entire East Hanover team.

Very Satisfied
My shopping experience was made very enjoyable because my sales person Susan Kaplysh Scali was very patient and willing to go back and forth with me until I found what I was looking for. I love my new bedroom chair, it fits in perfectly with my decor and color scheme.

Customer service was on point
Customer service was kn point. Disappointed that delivery delays are excessive. Understand that there are issues with Covid but your tv ads still say delivery within 3 days. Need to make adjustments in advertising.

We found a nice bedroom ensemble
We found a nice bedroom ensemble with the assistance of R&F associate Maureen. Furniture and bedding are quality and will be delivered in a timely fashion. However, I usually end up paying a little more than I wanted to when I visit R&F (but the wife is happy). To counter the cost we did receive a nice discount and 36 month no interest financing which is always a plus for our budget. We look forward to delivery on July 19th. Thanks Maureen!

Nice shopping experience
Andrew was very knowledgeable about the mattress dept. He helped us make informed decisions about the bed as well as the mattress that we wanted to purchase.
He made us aware of discounts that we could use to make the over all experience fit into our budget.
