The salesman was very informative and showed us what we were looking at and explained everythi g in detail.

Our salesperson was very personable and skipped all the typical salesperson jargon.

They showroom was awesome, new location made a huge difference. Our sale rep wasn't the most attentive but made up it for it the following day and the management team took care of us. Made sure we were happy with our choices. Actually have a great selection to browse.

The gentleman that waited on us was super friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful experience.

Dave Wiseman is a great salesman - lets us roam the store and provides support when needed. Is very knowledgeable about furniture and provides good insight.

He did a price match after he got approval from the manager for an item I took a picture of at your Lancaster store. Loved working with him. Exceptional sales person. Wonderful Experience at store on Carlisle Pike, Pa. OUr sales associate was Rich who was very knowledgeable of the products we were looking at. ANswered all our questions and was very polite. We came back to order because of him! He is an asset to your company. Your store had lots of options and displays for us to look at. So happy to be getting our furniture in 6 days!

The salesperson worked with us to get the right mattress for our needs.

We had an issue with the third-party delivery service that handled the delivery and setup of the custom sectional we recently ordered. I called Raymour & Flanigan and notified them of the issues shortly after the delivery. The woman who helped me on the phone was wonderful and, without hesitation, submitted a request for a service call to fix the installation issues. She also notified the local store, and the following day, I received a call from the General Manager as a follow-up. It was an unpleasant delivery experience, but Raymour & Flanigan resolved the issues swiftly. The non-profit I work for has purchased from this store 5 or so times in the last year alone, and we've always had great experiences — even with previous third-party deliveries. We will definitely purchase from Raymour & Flanigan again!
