Jade was our guide throughout the store as we looked for the right glider/recliner for my wife and soon-to-come daughter. She gave us good insights and ultimately we chose the right recliner for us to feed our baby comfortably. She was incredible and I would highly recommend seeking her out.

I went to the carle place store in NY. I met a really nice sales associate named Colleen. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Spent a good amount of time with us. Brought my husband back to see the mattress and couch I chose. Colleen is a good part of the reason I am going back to place order. Can’t wait

Stopped in to look for couches and met this wonderful salesman - Michael Farrier.
Super knowledgeable, very personable, not pushy - made you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Took the time to educate us on all the new trends and technologies, which are a game changer when you’ve haven’t looked in 20 years. We don’t usually write reviews but felt like we had to as Micheal was outstanding to work with!

My husband and I shopped at several stores for a new sectional. Sales people can be so aggressive they ruin the experience. Went to R&F in Carle Place and could not have been happier to meet JoEllen Pryor. She introduced herself and then left us alone to shop. Did not follow us around or talk our ears off. Very helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. We are now shopping for a dining room set and so far annoyed by the stalking sales people. I guess its back to R&F. Thank you JoEllen and love the couch

Mr. Manan in Raymour and Flanigan’s Carle Place, NY provided a great shopping experience and very helpful in a thoughtful way! My wife I were getting our bedroom furniture and sofa set for our living room. We were confused about the mattress and sofa, Mr. Manan was very patience with us and understood our need and got us the right mattress and sofa and gave us a very good deal. He was also very understanding about our delivery time and helped us with it.

I had an amazing experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Carle Place. We were purchasing new furniture for our new home and had the pleasure of meeting Salesperson MD. He made the entire purchase pleasant. MD went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Actually he moved furniture across the showroom floor as I needed to see a completed room. Unbelievable!!!! He even accommodated several visits including one with me showing up with paint samples next to furniture. He was patient, kind, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. If your looking for excellent service and you are buying in Carle Place ask for MD!!!

My husband and I made a big purchase last year and they stored our items until we were ready to receive. We hit a few snags along the way and our sales person, MD Mannan, helped us with the whole experience and made sure that everything went well in the end.
MD is very knowledgeable and patient. Look for him when you visit.
