Madelyn Rodriguez De Guzman sales representative listened to me. Made my visit about me and what I was interested in viewing. Madelyn was clear in letting me know what options I had. I had visited the same store about a year ago. Her service led me to ask for her this next visit.

I recently had my bed break to the point of no repair.
I reached out to what I thought was the insurance for my bed by scanning the QR code on the back of my protection pamphlet.(Guardian)
Followed the instructions, put a claim in, allowed a man into my home to review the damage.
Waited a week..contacted the insurance via email..no response..called the number tor Guardian..NO RESPONSE.
I was going to file a complaint with BBB.
Something told me to call the location I purchased the bed from, and there my angel was on the other line. She advised me the protection plan is in house at Raymour. Right away she put me in touch with the right ppl, and asked me to send her the emails from Guardian so she could show her manager. She wanted to be sure this experience didn't happen to anyone else.

NOT only did she help me right away. She kept following up with me to let me know what was happening.
She was patient, caring and understanding. Within 2 weeks, I had an appt to get my new bed delivered.

Javier my salesman is the only reason why I even come into this store.. he’s attentive thorough professional and yet he always makes me feel like family. He knows what I like what I’m looking for even if it’s not available right then. He will call me.. send me pics. My partner is a cancer patient and he would even occasionally check up on her. We are elated that he’s back (he called us to let us know and we set up an appointment. My partner only wanted an otterman but ended up purchasing a mattress as well. Now my partner has him looking for some barstools and another canopy.. in other words JAVIER FOR PRESIDENT !! 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

I came to the store to get a pick upset for today, which wasn’t there when I got there. And on top of this the person that assisted me was very dissatisfied and dismissive. This company is not cheap to have this type of conduct.I believe Her last name was Brito , she’s light skin with color eyes. Not acceptable.

The salesperson, Louie, was very courteous, helpful with navigating the site, putting in the order and setting up a future delivery date. He will be notifying me when all the merchandise is ready to be delivered. It was a nice experience working with him.

I bought a set of couch for my LivingRoom, I was told by Walkert Jimenez in case the couch couldn’t fit inside the elevator they will go to the stairs up to the 3third floor free then each floor would be $20. I live in the 6th floor, it should’ve be $60 in total but I was charged $200.

Hard to know where to start.
I ordered a drop leaf table and chairs - communication wasn’t easy from the start. First I was told they could switch the chairs from the other model table - then they couldn’t - then at last they did.
Table and chairs delivered - for $85 !! - delivery guys were in a huge hurry - I get it they have a lot of deliveries, but they left a bunch of junk - shipping tie-down straps, plastic parts bag, stickers on the locks for the drop leaves that said “Please Remove Before Use” and many random staples attached to the underside of the table.
Crawling under the table to spend 20 minutes removing that junk I discovered they’d left off or forgotten to install two of the four washers under the main bolts that hold the table top to the base. And then there were the chairs which had several gouges, splinters that caused slivers and sharp and rough corners and edges.
We set up what I understood to be a re-delivery of the chairs AND replacement of those washers.
Turns out it was a service call just for the washers and to LOOK at the chairs. I got a call from the service department from an unidentified number. I tried for three days to return the call, but could never reach anyone. Two days before the service call I got a text to send photos of the issues - NOW they wanted photos?
So, it’s going to take THREE visits to get this delivery sorted out - hopefully only three.
When I couldn’t reach anyone at customer service I tried calling the store and was always put on hold so I could be tortured by their hold music - which is like a radio not quite tuned into the station - loud static on the line - reaaaallly annoying. I’ve mentioned this to them several times during the purchase/delivery process and they don’t seem to be able to (or care to) address it.
I was about ready to just have them come and pick up the table and chairs - pay whatever restocking fee they want to gouge me for - and move on to buy a table from Crate & Barrel or Pottery Barn.

I told him what I wanted, he found it for me, which was sold out , and I decided to wait. He was kind, knowledgeable, respectful nice smile

How easy it was to order and set up delivery

What made my experience great was when I broke down to the worker my situation with an idea of what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I needed also where it was at in the store plus which furniture best fit my situation.

I sales person was very helpful and I think I got what I wanted
