I was not sure what style we wanted…
I was not sure what style we wanted when we went in, a needed living room furniture. Paul took us right to what I was describing. I have a bad back and needed full support. Excellent salesperson. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know that needs help.

Be wary of their Return Policy…
After receiving a 36"x36"x18" gray ottoman I discovered there was an 8" slash in the under lining. They refused to provide me a refund or a credit even though it was apparent this damage was done when the delivery men unpackaged it. Very inflexible customer care service.

The online ordering was easy. I was thrilled to receive one of my pieces a couple of days after ordering. Jeff, a customer service representative was so helpful with the payment process and explaining the benefits of the extended warranty program.
