We went to the outlet store looking for a recliner and come out with a full living room suite! There was no pressure like the main store. We looked around, people asked if we needed help. If not, they left us alone. When trying to decide what to do one of the ladies working there asked us what we were looking for. We told her a chair and she directed us to what we were looking for. But she told us that any chair could be purchased without the other furniture. That is when we started looking at more chairs! But found a suite with multiple chairs so I could have one along with my husband. We have not had a new living room suite in over 35 years! Needless to say, we are so happy to be getting a new suite!!!

Renee made our experience very enjoyable! We were able to browse for a bit and then she was able to answer any of our questions while helping us to make the best decisions.

The sales person, Noell was wonderful. She was friendly, extremely help during and after our purchase, knowledgeable. 5 stars for her.
However, being a senior citizen with limited capability to have current furniture removed plus extremely high delivery fees has been so very stressful. It would be nice if handicapped and senior citizens would be given some thoughtful help. It has been so stressful and difficult to obtain help in removing our old chairs out. Called a company that removes “trash” and they do not even call back. Plus fees for disposal are high. For a company to offer removal would be such a blessing to those with unavailable help. Think about it … someday you will walk in their shoes!

Salesperson was great. We picked up furniture and there were 4 legs missing :(

Easy to look around and locate a suitable piece of furniture that had reasonable price. Alex was a big help on the showroom floor.

Aaron the manager is outstanding. He helped me through some problems that I was having and helped us find a set that was going to suit our lifestyle better. I believe he went above and beyond helping us and I highly recommend him as a salesperson

Noelle was very professional, friendly and attentive, without smothering. She would seek answers if she didn’t have a definitive one. I will be recommending people to her, if they’re in the market for furniture!

She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and consider my needs.

The person I went to the first time was guy and I told him I would be back with my boyfriend , because we just recently moved and I wanted him to be there to pick out the furniture with me but guy was very helpful, I had him running all over the store looking for a certain table and it was just amazing with his customer service, always gave his honest opinion when it came to what would match and what wouldn’t , just 10/10 outstanding .

Purchased two leather recliners 17 months ago. Foot rest on one is worn looks horrible. Company will not fix or replace. Cost was 1400 each. Never ever will I or family and friends buy from Raymond and Flannigan again. Poor quality products
