I placed an order online and the app was very user friendly and also went through very smoothly with no difficulty whatsoever with placement online. When I receive the recliner I will be able to give you an update.

I ordered a bed for pickup on August 6th online. It said while
Completing and paying for my order it would be available for pickup on Saturday, and that I would receive an email when it was ready to be picked up. The only email I received had only a receipt number not an order number and no mention of when I could pick up. No way to look up when it is ready so I am going to call today and hopefully get some answers of when I can pick up the bed that I already paid for. Very unsatisfied with the online ordering.

Lou was great. Patient and not pushy. Informative and knowledgeable about the products. 10/10 would recommend.

The salesperson Nancy Barraza. She is a very knowledgeable mattress sales person and very personable. A pleasure to shop in your store with her.

We went into the store and was greeting by a sales person. We told him what we were looking for and it lead us to the very recliner chair we ultimately bought.

We very much enjoyed our experience at the outlet in North Attleboro. Mostly because Kevonne was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with and talk too! We hadn't made up our mind and we talked to him for a bit and said we wanted to check out a couple other stores. He totally understood and after checking the stores we decided to go back and buy our piece of furniture from Kevonne! Thank you Kevonne.

We went to Raymour & Flanigan Outlet in Attleboro, MA to find a 30" - 32" Wide recliner. We're limited in space and found exactly what we were looking for.
Kevonne Boreland was our consultant. He's very pleasant, friendly and a beautiful smile. We look for customer service and we definitely got it with Kevonne. He's a valuable employee. He's a keeper.

I want to highlight my purchase experience. I was very clear with the sales person that I was buying a bed for my elderly father age 94 and that he was unable to come to the store to try the bed. We discussed that the bed might not work for him and he assured me I could return it to get something that would work better. Never was I told there was no return policy and that I could only exchange the mattress. My father now has a hospital bed and I am stuck with both this brand new mattress and adjustable base. Please educate your sales staff to be more clear with your highly restrictive return policy to avoid upsetting situations like this in the future.

Our sales person was amazing helps me through every step of the way made my decisions very easy scheduled my deliveries and got my stuff in order

Delivery service was great

Nice easy-going comfortable experience. Salesman was very attentive to what I was looking for spoke with the manager also he was very nice overall good experience.

Christian Tsoi-A-Sue was very pleasant and not at all pushy. Showed us different opinions and was very helpful.

We visited the R&F outlet in North Attleboro last fall and purchased a sectional. Lou helped with that purchase and also went around with us as he shared his abundance of knowledge on mattresses. This week we finally purchased the King Koil we both found comfortable and look forward to it's arrival this week.

Lou was great, working with us on a multi-room purchase. Long process but completely hassle free. Pleasure speaking with several staff, all very accommodating.

Excellent prices, was greeted, shown the area we were looking for & left to browse without someone following us. Which made for no pressure shopping. Our salesman, Kevonne was attentive, personable & professional.

I ordered my chair 11/26/25 online with Nathanial Sharon I believe his name is . The phone number I , was given recently for him is 508-316-2091. I was originally given a delivery date 12/3/25. I never received notice , so I called for delivery and was told he never put in for delivery. I eventfully received my merchandise. I was offered 6 months interests free payments form him. I paid the first payment 1/5/26 . The 2nd bill came with interest. I have been on the phone with multiple people including Jack and Gail at that phone number (above) to fix this issue and so far I am not getting results and interests is adding up. I am a long time customer of R&F but this may be the last purchase I make . I would like to be contacted from someone your Corporates Office since to sale personal and manger Gail cannot help me
