Our sales rep was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable without being pushy. He definitely knew everything about every mattress he showed us. We were both very comfortable with him, and he definitely made the sale.

I spoke with several clerks, and manager. They all were smiling, explained what was necessary for me to know. They took time just for me so I could be satisfied.

George was wonderful, smart helpful. a pleasure

I received several emails and texts indicating my order would be delivered on 4/3. When the delivery arrived ( within the time frame indicated in the messages) they only had a box spring. The mattress was not in stock. My frustration is that it was not communicated in the 4 -5 emails and texts that there would be two separate deliveries. The delivery man was apologetic and very helpful and I would give him 5 stars. I would also give 5 stars to the fact that he arrived within the delivery time specified.

The customer service was good. I was also able to pick up my sofa
the next day.

Ray was very helpful, friendly and didn’t make us feel smothered which sadly occurs in other furniture stores.

Our salesperson Leila Gonzalez was excellent. She matched us with the correct mattress for our needs. She listened to what we wanted and directed us to products that would meet our needs.

Our salesperson Leila was very attentive and also gave us our space to make decisions. She was very friendly.

The store had exactly what I was looking for, the salesman helped us find accessory items and quickly completed our paperwork. We were in and out of the store in 15 minutes and when I called later that evening to make a change to my order; that was completed quickly and easily as well.

The sales staff was friendly and helpful but not pushy.
