Great Experience
We had a wonderful salesperson, Aleia Knowles. She was knowledgeable, informative, and attentive. She gave us time alone to browse and talk, but also ample time to ask questions and gather information. Aleia knows how to positively engage with customers.
We also appreciated being welcomed at the door by the sales manager. This store is very well run.

Mel - salesperson
Mel. Mel made it great! She was so warm, kind, helpful and never any pressure! It was my first stop to look for my first recliner. After sitting in a couple and hearing my feedback she guided me to exactly what worked for me. She was extremely knowledgeable. My best experience purchasing furniture hands down. The store was very clean and had a big selection of merchandise.

excellent service & all was done by phone, the people I spoke with were patient, very helpful and genuinely concerned about giving me the information I needed to buy what I needed to solve my problem—in this case a box spring that is exactly what I wanted, lightweight and sturdy.

What a great experience I had with…
What a great experience I had with Raymour & Flanigan. I needed to find a Lift Recliner for my husband who is being discharged from the hospital this weekend. Because of Heart issues he can only sleep in a Recliner and needs help getting up. Found the perfect Recliner, purchased it, and had it delivered within 24 hours! Can't say enough about the Sales people, Alex (who guided me to the perfect Recliner), Drew (who assisted in ensuring delivery would be next day), Shipping who quickly accommodated me with an issue that arose, to the delivery men who were punctual, professional and made sure I was pleased with placement of the Recliner. Couldn't ask for better service all around!

I called to ask about price matching
I called to ask about price matching. They could not have been nicer! They said they would check the store and price I told them, and they got back to me within 10 minutes! Yes they did price match and issued a credit right then to my account. Excellent customer service!!! And their price was actually the best I found other then the store they price matched which was having a sale.
