Fast, efficient and not expensive way to transfer funds. We have income from the UK and sending funds over to Canada where we live, is seamless and easy.

J'ai fait plusieurs transactions avec RationalFX, la qualité du service s'est fortement dégradée au fil des années. Il me faut attendre plus de deux semaines pour recevoir les fonds transférés, c'est absolument insupportable. Et le service client ne donne aucune visibilité, aucune explication.

des fonds envoyés depuis 10 jours non…
des fonds envoyés depuis 10 jours non transférés au destinataire, impossible d'avoir un interlocuteur téléphoniquement, une multiplicité de contact mail n'apportant aucune explication mais réclamant d'attendre 72h Bref une absence total de prise en charge du client ! c'est inadmissible...après un mail sollicitant des explications précisesà une série de contact une serie de contact Linkedin, il est avancé par le Trade support la nécessité de contrôler l'opération sans solliciter d'élément complémentaire... Sous 48h sans réponse je sollicite le retour des fonds.

Funds not received one week / swift of other client
Funds not received one week after the transfer done by Rational FX to my account, when I asked the swift Rational FX sent me the swift of the transaction of one other client.

Great Experience
Initially apprehensive about using a transfer service, Lewis quickly put our minds at ease. He was both professional and personable. Response times to our email questions were quick and informative. When calling the London office everyone we spoke to was helpful. The savings in using Rationalfx were substantial and we highly recommend Lewis and Rationalfx.
