Im still waiting on an order that i placed on mothers day back in May!!! I cant find anywhere to contact the company to have my order checked up on or anything. i just want what i paid for or my money back.

Ordered product from them over 3 weeks ago...still waiting. They tried to charge me shipping and I had to get that resolved. Honestly, I'd stear clear of this company.
Ordered a wreath for valentines in the first week of January and it didnt get here until end of February.
Worse than that- the product looks nothing like the picture. I got cheap plastic leaves on a ring with cheap plastic flower.. but thenimage of the product was silk.
This company offers EXPEDITED SHIPPING for a $12.99 extra fee to the U.S.; however, they are in China and have no way of expediting shipping. My order shipped over 10 days ago and I still have not received it. When I reached out to them to ask for a refund on the shipping fee that they obviously have no way of expediting, their answer was this: "The shipping fee has already been paid to the logistics company. Therefore, we do not have the authority to refund or add it."
