Never use UPS or buy from businesses who ship with UPS
UPS is the worst! They were supposed to deliver my package on Nov 29th. It is today Dec 2nd and no package has been delivered even though they said on the phone it would be delivered today. Besides that, every time I buy something online that gets shipped with UPS it’s NEVER delivered at my address - they ALWAYS leave it at a pickup point without ever letting me know. I only find out because I keep looking at the tracking. Shameful, shameful service. The worst!
Waterscape Pools & Spa no stars
I met with Jordan Trent, the designer for my pool. Although I had limited pool design knowledge, I had a general idea of what I wanted. Jordan did his best to meet my expectations. However, before the pool was completed, I learned that he had been let go from the company for unknown reasons, which raised a red flag for me.
Despite this, I continued with Waterscapes and was assigned a project manager named Grayson Whitman. Grayson communicated smoothly and effectively, and I ignored several red flags, convinced that the final result would turn out well. In hindsight, I deeply regret not overseeing the project more closely and not expressing my concerns more assertively when something didn't look right. This experience has taught me the importance of vigilance and assertiveness in such projects.
My disappointment with the craftsmanship of the pool and spa is profound. Waterscapes hired some of the lowest-quality contractors I have ever encountered. Within just over a year, my pool has faced several issues. For instance, the pavers were installed unevenly and are on a slope that seems too steep. Also, mold has started growing between the pavers, a clear sign of poor workmanship.
Moreover, the cage has begun to rust, and the screening is breaking due to being stretched too tightly. Given my price for the pool and spa, I expected them to last longer before showing signs of wear. The fact that these defects appeared within the first year after completion was unexpected and disappointing.
You may wonder if I reported these issues, and the answer is yes. However, most of my complaints were dismissed despite believing they were justified. I encourage potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with this company. All the problems I mentioned arose just over a year after I had the pool installed. As you might expect, they offer only a one-year warranty, and once that period is up, they will not even take your call.
I could share much more, but this platform only allows limited information. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out. I will respond openly and honestly and can provide pictures if you'd like. I have documented the issues I faced with Waterscapes extensively and am more than willing to share them to help you make an informed decision.
Considering the cost, craftsmanship, time, and patience required to complete this project, I would give Waterscapes Pools & Spas an overall grade of D- for this project.

I wish I read the reviews prior to ever using Valvoline. I reside in Lincoln City Oregon, I took my 2013 Chevy Cruze in for an oil change at 1205 SE HWY 101 lincoln city, OR on a Sunday at 4:20pm. By 10:00am Monday morning my car is spelling awful smell, I called thinking something must be wrong. The lady rep stated at times they spell oil when changing it on the engine and it gives off a bad strong smell. She said bring it in and their shop would take a look at it. By 12:00pm at lunch time driving the car it still smells and now shortly later the check engine light is on. Stopping at a local autozone on my way back to Valvoline they said that the oil is lean. I said impossible I just got an oil change. We head over to Valvoline and have to stop at an auto shop as my car is now smoking, awful smell, and failing to drive. Turns out that their was no oil cap on, no oil where it should be, but oil everywhere under my hood! When I call valvoline they pulled the the footage. It shows the employee struggling to remove my oil cap for over 10 seconds. Once he finally does they procced with services. Once we went back to the auto shop the oil cap was lodge under a hose. Once found it was inspected and found a piece was broken. The store area manager quickly said that it's not a clean break, that means it's been broken awhile now and not the fault of his crew. I don't understand how we can determine how long something been broke for. I argued repeatedly that my car was fine before coming into Valvoline. I didn't have oil under my hood. My check engine wasn't on. We visibly see your employee struggling to get the oil cap off as it was secured and tighten on. As professionals I brought my car to be serviced and now it's un drivable. After arguing I started a claim. The area manager refused to give me contact to his offices. They refused to give me the footage of the oil service being performed. I had to actually go by a usb drive myself to get video. They didn't offer to top off my oil as it was completely drained out. They didn't offer to help clean the oil from my hood. Not a free oil change after I just paid $107 less than 24 hours and having to buy another service to get my fluids replenished.
I sent in all the appropriate documents for my claim. Including the inspection report from my car being repaired weeks earlier on another issue. The auto shop than checked and inspected again the Friday prior to my oil change noting my car in good health. No issues. No lights on and driving fine. I called Monday to get an update on my claim status to find out that my claim was denied minutes after submitting it by the area manager and the store manager. As I attempted to explain this and demand another manager review my claim she continued to state that it's over. It's denied. You can't appeal. Their decision is final. It was properly investigated. I demand and letter of the denial, their investigation process, and what their findings were to conclude a denial. She stated she would email the same store and area manager. I was never contacted during their "investigation". A few days later they send me a very generic letter of denial of claim sent by the same area manager brodie Barrick. It stated I was filing a claim due to causing engine damage and that they did a through investigation to the findings it wasn't caused by their shop. I never reported or claimed that in my statements, or my receipts. The claim case even said a broken oil cap.
I would've been content with a reimbursement of my oil change, an apology, and using this as a coaching moment for employees. The fact that they are the last one to touch my oil cap and can't even acknowledge they lack the proper training is very concerning. Stay way from a business that operates this way. I can see why they are very secretive about their business contact information. In the past year I have read over a dozen claims just like mine. All unresolved, no accountability, and no opportunity to learn from mistake as they don't think they make any. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL

CEX - customer experience my backside
So took my iPad and IMAC to CEX last week. Both rated B Grade at til, then they take them to do checking. Had to set IMAC up at till to prove working and so they could get specs for quote! Offered me £1149 at till subject to checks. Returned today to be told IPAD was bent, certainly wasn’t when they took it & to also be told over quoted on IMAC model, memory & hdd - offered me £400 less than quoted. Cost £1500, in excellent condition and they had pre-printed sale sticker of £990, still would offer me more, so they were marking up by over 200%. Blaming a new colleague and not excepting their mistakes. Told them to stick it & reclaimed all my goods. Already sold IPAD for more than they offered.CEX is an abbreviation for customer service and ironically a short version for what they believe is service. I purchased a tracksuit in March 2022. The tracksuit was not what I expected, and I began trying to return the item the day after receipt.
The company has not honored their return policy as of this date, even though I paid to return the item in its original packaging.
I’ve sent numerous e-mails requesting they honor the return of the product. To date, I’ve not received a refund for the tracksuit nor for the cost incurred to return the product.

I went online and ordered grooming services for my dog at Petco. I had to work so my son was dropping off. The services I ordered was a bath and shedding treatment. I have no idea why they changed it or what they told my son when he dropped it off but they changed it without consulting me. They took my Austrailian Shepherd and pretty much cut all his hair off except his tail and ears. He looks ridiculous besides the fact it is January and I would never have gotten his haircut like this. My son said they told him they were going to do what he got last time. Well he has never gotten his haircut. I called the store and no one took responsibility. They blames my son. Said he signed a piece of paper but they never explained why they changed it. My son didn't know anything he was just dropping the dog off. I complained online, Twitter, and called the store and have gotten zero response. Aside from the fact they made my dog look ridiculous they charged me double the price for what services I ordered. Somehow them changing it and my dog getting scalped was not their problem. The guy online told me they offer 100% guarantee. Well that is definitely not true. All I want is my money back because I didn't get what I ordered but they are totally unresponsive and refuse to admit their mistake. I don't know that they did intentionally wrong but the definitely made changes to his services that never should have been made without consulting me.
SEHBAC is not very reliable…
SEHBAC gave me a date for installation which was 30th of June 2021 they phoned and said they would be late they came 2 days late, they came and fitted our windows downstairs and they were missing 1 of the glass panes in the side window, they also lost my kitchen window they did not finish all their work until the 9th August 2021 because they had to reorder the kitchen window they had lost. The fitters were good and done their job well but the company is a let down
