We Had our lock up inspection completed yesterday and received report same day.
If you are building a new home make sure you get your own Inspector it is a priceless investment on your biggest investment. Anthony from rapid not only looked at stuff for the lock up stage, but went above and beyond finding defects in water proofing and numerous other areas he didn't have to do, but out of good will went out of his way to help us as a client and helped us find a lot of things we would not have picked up if we didn't have him on site.

Recently had a BP done on my new purchase in QLD. The name of the company is spot on. I contacted them on Sunday and had the inspection done and the report send to me by Monday afternoon. Anthony was super diligent and meticulously inspected the property, leaving no stone unturned. His report is extremely detailed, yet easy to read and understand, including numerous photos.
