The inspection was much more thorough than I thought it would be. The report was very comprehensive and helped me make the tough decision to back out of a purchase on a property I really liked.

Comprehensive report, plenty of detail and photos, fast turnaround as promised and they contact and liaise with Agent to setup inspection date/time which helps. very timely and efficient as well as professional inspector crew.

Extremely thorough inspection. I had Tuan Le attend onsite to our property. He left absolutely no stone unturned and even made the Real Estate Agent nervous about how much he was finding and how long he was taking. He allowed me to make the most informative decision i could on the property.

My experience with Rapid Building was excellent. I had a short turnaround for the pre-purchase inspection and was able to get an appointment promptly. My inspector Andrew was great and very professional and thorough. He diligently provided my report within a 12 hour period despite it being a Saturday. Andrew was patient and happy to answer my questions and my concerns.

My Wife and I were unsure about what to expect with a building inspector as this is our first time building a home.

Luckily enough we engaged with Rapid Building Inspections for our final PCI meeting and had Craig as our inspector.

I am so thankful, yet so concerned about what May have happened had we not engaged RBI, the amount of defects Craig had found was astonishing and we would never have thought the kind of defects found would happen to us, the things you hear about with new builds proved so very essential to engage RBI.

Now we are in the process of rectifying these with the builder, and will hopefully be getting RBI back to follow up on these defects when the builder has rectified.

If you are on the fence and unsure as to wether you do or do not want to engage with a building inspector I recommend you do, Rapid Building Inspections were quick, effective and very helpful.

I couldn’t stress enough about potentially how much time, money, stress that RBI has saved us.

Inspector was lovely but I had a specific potential structural defect disclosed from the agent that needed attention - I spoke to the inspector prior and at no point did he say he wasnt qualified to check it. Receiving the report afterwards, there was no mention of my query anywhere in his report so I rang him directly. It was this conversation he advised he wasnt qualified, he was only a visual inspector, not a builder.
I had to pay for a 2nd opinion to come and re-do the building inspection.

Fast, great communication, very thorough

The building Inspector by the name of Ron, conducted a full inspection on the property. I was quite happy with the outcome of the report and highly recommend Rapid Building Inspections to anyone requiring an inspection of their property.
