Auction site is good enough. Payment is easy. Delivery is excellent. Quality is very good and Out of 150 items I have received only a tiny percentage are sub standard or slightly damaged.

Great customer service, Great products. Although some other sites allow you to retract your bid, these don't, but that's good in a way because it makes you more conscious of your decisions. Shipping is fantastic. There is something for everyone and more

Reliable auctions and smooth delivery
Purchased from Ramco several times now and the experience has been spot on every time. Clear descriptions, fair pricing, and no nonsense auctions. We're disappointed with your negative review and feedback, but the comments you've made are not entirely true.
We did have a technical issue at a similar time to when you purchased items from our auction, which meant our team was busy trying to get things sorted, so our response times were delayed for a short while. We can only apologise for that.
However, regardless of that, you were informed how to pay your invoice (the reason you were contacting us) the day after the auction closed.
Our staff members found you rude and aggressive during conversations with you, and you upset them with your language and swearing on more than one occasion.
In the end, you sent a haulier with an inappropriately sized vehicle not in accordance with what was discussed with you. This meant your items had to be depalletised and loaded by hand. You also underpaid us, but we let that slide to prevent further issues.
