Rako Rako Ramen is a small London ramen brand. We make frozen tonkotsu ramen here in the UK, and it takes about 10 minutes to cook at home. We currently do three flavours: classic Hakata tonkotsu, spicy tonkotsu and black garlic tonkotsu. You can order on our website, rakorakoramen.co.uk, with next-day delivery across the UK. I got the 6 bowl bundle with two of each, I loved the original and black garlic flavours, but the spicy one was a little too spicy for my liking. The packaging was really well done, the wool and ice packs made sure my ramen came frozen solid, as well as eco friendly instructions on how to repurpose them. All in all very happy with my order and have already place a second one!

I just received a lovely delivery email from them full of helpful reminders to get the ramen straight into the freezer due to the warm weather. What impressed me even more was their dedication to sustainability—they included brilliant, creative ideas on how to give their packaging a "second life," like reusing the ice packs for picnics and repurposing the wool liners for DIY crafts and felting!
It is so clear how much heart, effort, and hard work this team puts into every single order. Fantastic products, thoughtful communication, and an amazing brand. I will definitely be ordering again!
