Thank you Laura for being so kind and sensitive when helping our ancient whippet to drift off. You were kind, explained everything well and sensitive to our kids needs and those of our other dog who was also present.

My 14 year old pet rescue Ragdoll cat became very ill quite rapidly and unexpectedly with what I later learned was renal failure. I called Sara Dunne as I had seen her advertisement in the LYMPSTONE HERALD. She came very quickly even though it was evening time for which I was very grateful as my cat was clearly in pain. Sara calmly and gently administered a painkiller and sedative then gently put my darling little cat to sleep whilst she was in my arms giving me plenty of time to cuddle her whilst I was grieving and then ready to let her go.
Neither of us could wished for a kinder ending.
Sara then arranged a special cremation which totally relieved me of the sad task as I was so upset. She then wrapped her little body in a soft blanket took her home with her to be received by the carefully selected cremation service and then so kindly brought her ashes back to me afterwards.
This wonderful Vet is specially trained to give this perfect service.
If you like me deeply love your pet and hate the thought of having to take your beloved animal through the stressful visit to a surgery but to have this done at home when the time is right.
I cannot give Sara enough praise for the compassionate all encompassing care.

Having made to heartbreaking decision to let Winkie join her sisters over the bridge Sara made the whole experience more bearable by showing such compassion to both me and Winkie. Sara's gentle nature lead to her being totally relaxed in my arms. Nothing was hurried and it makes me sad that my dogs in the past had ended their days in a sterile vet's surgery.
Sara's after care of Winkie snuggled in a blanket with her favourite soft toy was just perfect. Her final journey to Diana was again arranged by Sara .
You are an absolute gem Sara and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

At a very difficult time Rainbow Bridge Vet made it bearable. Jim was gentle and sensitive both to me and my cat and I never felt rushed. Thank you for making the last moments with my beloved cat peaceful and loving.

If a passing could be beautiful, then this was it.
We had to say goodbye to our beloved Ozzy collie after 16 years, the hardest thing we have ever had to do. He stayed in the lounge and gently fell asleep, head in my hands. Heartbreaking but beautiful at the same time. Sarah is so helpful and professional with outstanding support and comfort which we look back on with a smile. . They planted a tree in memory and leave you with wild flower seeds. Just a lovely touch. Thank you it meant the world to us to have you take care of our wonderful boy

We were really struggling with the idea of letting our dog go, we knew we didn’t want to take her to the vet to do it. Having a home visit not only made it more comfortable for us but our dog wasn’t afraid and spent her last moments with us in her own bed at home feeling relaxed. Thank you Sara for making our last moments with our dog so peaceful.

We sadly had to say goodbye to our wonderful little dog Ozzie following a long illness. From the beginning they could not have been more helpful. The vet (Jim) turned up promptly and explained each step to us so we understood what was happening. Our boy passed peacefully and painlessly with the utmost respect to him and us.
Thank you Rainbow Vets for making Ozzies passing as peaceful as it could be.

Words seem inadequate to express the astonishing capabilities of this amazing woman. She managed to transform a heartbreaking event into a ritual of love & beauty. Her ministrations enabled us to say “goodbye” all together as a Family, in a loving & meaningful manner, with zero horror.
The care & respect she showed in everything she said & did on the day was truly remarkable. The subsequent support has been inspiring.
I cannot thank her enough for her dedication and commitment to her calling. Truly a remarkable person 🙏 🐾 🌷
