First time using Rail bookers as a newer travel agent from AAA
This was my first time using Railbookers as a newer travel agent with AAA... so I was unsure of the process and service that would be provided. I was so grateful to be connected with Kelli Lundquist who assisted my members to a T! She got everything that they were asking for and accommodated them perfectly for their trip to Spain. On top of that it was priced out below what they were thinking saving them some spending money for their vacation. Dream/nightmare/happy ending
This was our second holiday booked through Railbookers. Our first trip went like a dream but, last month, that dream turned into a nightmare. I have delayed posting this review as I first gave the opportunity to Railbookers to resolve my complaints which I raised with them on 25th June. Initially I was advised I'd have a reply within 2/3 business days. No reply came so I chased again and was advised on 2nd July that the customer care team would get back to me within 15 business days. Still no reply - so much for customer care!
In a nutshell we did not receive the outbound accomodation as stated in the itinerary and the train we were booked on for our return journey was no longer operating, leaving us stranded and having to make our own arrangements to continue our travels.
UPDATE - since posting my initial review, Railbookers have resolved my complaint and will be addressing the issues with both train operators - OBB and Deutsche Bahn.

My son and I had wanted to visit Canada for quite some time, but the trip needed to be bespoke as we wanted to take a lot in, and this didn't necessarily fall under what would be a "standard" trip. We found Railbookers, and were handled by Raymond Howells, who took every requirement we had, every experience that we wanted, noting that we wanted to end the trip with a few nights in NYC. Raymond took all of these details and requests and rolled it into a well put together package, covering everything we had asked for, and more. Lewis Whitaker followed up immediately once I'd requested information on my proposed Bruges/Ghent trip. Thereafter he organized everything for me within my budget and it ran smoothly from start to finish. We had a truly wonderful time in Belgium with great excursions arranged and the hotels were within easy distance from the station and brilliantly located as far as sight seeing was concerned.
