I would have no hesitation in recommending Radon Protection UK for their advice and recommendations for any radon related issue in Horncastle Lincolnshire. Apparently, Lincoln is a high radon area , the team at Radon Protection helped carry out radon testing in my home. Unfortunately within my property the Radon level came back high, (2300 bqm3) very concerning.

Radon Protection UK then completed a site survey within a few days of the test, and mitigation works were completed within 2 weeks. I am really happy with the installation and their speedy, professional advise was extremely welcome. The Radon levels are now within the guidelines. Thank you to the team for their excellent and speedy service.

I was delighted with the transaction from start to finish. The advice from Sarah (the point of first contact) and Lee (the engineer/installer) was spot on. I trust their advice and would happily use them again and recommend them. I was delighted to see my Radon levels fall to where they should be within 48 hours.

Sarah and the team have been very helpful in successfully resolving the radon issues with my house, which is based in the Peak District and had returned worryingly high levels of radon from an independent radon test. They have demonstrated professionalism throughout my dealings with them, from my initial contact with them for an initial survey and very competitive quote, and during the installation of a dual sump and fan. Lee dealt with the technical issues encountered during the installation due to the unusual layout of of my house brilliantly. Following the installation, further testing has shown the radon levels are now very low and at very safe levels, which is a great result and I’m very happy with the service I’ve received. I’d recommend this company to anyone considering obtaining a radon test or mitigation system.

Lee and Sarah were wonderful. They did the work quickly and efficiently (within a week of getting the results back), and responded respectfully and helpfully to my concerns about the noise created by the fans and to the somewhat difficult lay out of the house. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Lee and Sarah are fantastic. We have a tricky layout as the house is upside down and they came back multiple times to try and help us get the best possible set up. Once ordered, Sarah quickly provided me with my radon detectors.

Very Happy with the way they dealt with my enquiry, Costed the works competitively. Installed the unit as agreed in a clean tidy manner. I had a problem with condensate on the wall. No messing they came back and resolved the issue. Re tested over the same period 12 months later having the unit installed. Levels in the master bedroom reduced from 450 to 21 and the dinning room reduced from 500 to 16. I always believe you can judge a company on results and on the way they handle an issue.
