Barbara was amazing at helping me choose some new some glasses, very informative and has a warm friendly personality so I felt comfortable asking her for advice

My mum and I had a lovely experience at the Radley London store, East Midlands designer outlet. Amanda and Michelle provided excellent customer service from the moment we walked in, they were polite, friendly, and very welcoming.

They took the time to help us find the perfect bag for my mum, and Amanda even went the extra mile by checking options online on her tablet to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Their kindness really stood out, which made the experience even more special.

Truly lovely ladies. Thank you both!

Been into your Mansfield branch today. Store was clean and tidy. But the main reason I'm writing this review is because your staff are one of the nicest, kindest and helpful ive come across and its not a one off i go in there regular. Im not referring to one particular person, they ALL give great customer service. They are a credit to the name Radley. Peta Robinson

I had such a wonderful experience in the Radley store MacArthur glen at junction 28. I had broken my favourite watch and the lovely ladies in this store hunted high and low to find me the same watch to purchase as a replacement. Thankyou so much-I am so pleased with my purchased replacement!

My daughter bought me a lovely Radley bag and a gift set for Mother’s Day. I love Radley products but was so dissatisfied with the gift set. It was personalised, it should say Mother Goose but actually says Mother Goos.
Whoever personalised it needs telling. 🥺

Went into radley shop yesterday and the lady that served me was lovely and friendly, thank you for the dog tag that matched my bag xx

I purchased a 'Drapers Road' handbag 110204 on Friday 21.2.25. I returned it for a replacement the next day as it had and indentation near the strap, and one strap was badly creased. It was exchanged next day at East Mids Designer Outlet. Unfortunately when I got the replacement home and removed the packaging this has the same fault. It is caused by a barcode tag, the knot marks the leather and ruins the bag. At the moment I am waiting to see if I can get a replacement that is not faulty. All I want is a perfect bag, with no damage, it is a reasonable request, so I am waiting for 'Barbara' to get back to me, as I love this design.
Edit:26.2.25, Barbara has thankfully found me a bag that arrived in a new delivery, and it looks like third time lucky 👍

My hubby bought me a bag from Radley at Gretna Green in February as we were up there for a friend wedding anniversary the bad frayed quite a lot on the handles and the leather at the top of the bag cracked. We went into Radley in McAurthur Glen just off J28 of the M1 which is the one close to where we live to look for a bag for Christmas. I showed them the bag and after confirming where I bought it swapped it for a new one in the shop. I was not expecting that at all just thought they ought to know the bag had frayed - so this is to say a massive thank you to Angela & Liza for a brilliant service and for being super helpful. Customer service above & beyond and to Gretna green branch for confirming everything x

My mum and I visited the store today and were served by Angela who was wonderful. She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and such a lovely chat about all things handbags and knitting!

Lovely time at the East Midlands store. Angela the store manager had exceptional charisma and we came back a second time that day to shop some more. Amy and Julie were also so welcoming and helpful and all staff went above and beyond. First time ever buying Radley and bought 3 bags and 3 purses. Excited to shop here again! xxx

Went into the Radley store, to be greeted by Angela with such a warm and friendly attitude. She was so bubbly and refreshing and did everything within her power to make us feel valued as customers.
Julie and Amy were great also ,
Julie helped find me a keyring for the new bag and Amy used the machine to put my name on the tag . Was very impressed with the service my daughter and I had received and we will definitely be back again. Thank you all so much for the service we got, really appreciate it.

Called in at Radley today to buy a christmas gift for someone. After queueing for 10 minutes, i reached the front of the queue with another 3 or 4 people behind me. I walked to the counter only to be told by the patronising lady (putting it politely) that i had queued in the wrong place, and i would have to queue again! Why, should i have to queue twice? I was there before the others joined the queue! So, i threw the iten on the counter and walked out!
I will NEVER step foot in that place again!
