Staff very friendly, got what I went for. Suitcases were great and spacious. Great price too

Really lovely friendly lady called Joanne served us at Dalton Park on Friday. Myself and my friend each bought a Crab handbag. The service from Joanne and indeed- all the other members of staff - was exceptional and very knowledgeable.
It was a real pleasure to shop there. Please keep up the incredibly high standards everyone. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Rachael and Diane were so friendly and helpful in the Dalton Park store. They assisted with helping us work out baggage allowance and which suitcases were currently available in store.
When we returned to make our purchase, Rachael ensured that we were looked after, had everything we required and advised us of the procedure if we required further luggage by providing the telephone number if the store. She recommended we telephone in advance so that she could have the suitcase available for collection. A thoroughly professional and friendly service without bring pushy. We will certainly return.

Just called in today, needed a purse for bag I bought ages ago.
Was also browsing as you do, and saw a beautiful little cream bag, and obviously my new purse wouldn't go with it.
The lush manager treated me to a lovely discount, so I could afford all 3.

Although the size suitcase I wanted, wasn't in store, Natalie helped me to find it online and order direct. She was so helpful. Natalie wasn't just doing her job, she was making sure I was happy and found the best option for me. There was another member of staff there on the day who chatted with and made me feel at home. A great team. I left the store feeling really pleased with my purchase and, within half-an-hour, I returned to the store to buy an additional size that I knew they had. Very successful shopping trip.

We only live five minutes away from this shop in Dalton Park Shopping Centre and usually pop in when we go there for a coffee. My wife introduced her cousin up from Wales to the branch and she bought a bag along with my wife who bought another one. Unfortunately she hasn't used it because she found it to small for what she wanted but we were in yesterday and while she was looking at another bag a charming helpful assistant named Natalie came over to help and suggested that we change the bag as long as it hasn't been used. We thought you could only do that with clothes. Anyway we went home and brought it back and did a part exchange. It really is such a great shop all the staff are helpful and go the extra mile and it's such a nice place to be for those who can't have too many bags.

The shop is lovely at Dalton park, manager and staff in the shop are so leasant and helpful, made sure i was ok offered assistance no pushy sales just fantastic lovely employees and customer Service, they made me feel at ease, as i was very indecisive buying a 60th birthday present. Nothing was a problem they were Nat, Caroline and Jo, thank you so much ladies, you made my day so much easier.

Dalton park branch- Diane was so lovely and helpful. I had ordered a watch from H Samuel’s which came in the wrong box. Diane made sure that my watch was perfect to give as a birthday gift. Thank you 😊
