arrived a little later than I had been expecting but that was my misunderstanding and when I went to query I was able to call and get through to an actual live human who was really helpful.

Exactly as shopping online should be.
Having checked the availability of a like for like, I found the replacement towel rail thermostat with the identical specs on RADS4U.
May I also say, at a lower price too! The site was easy to navigate as was checking out.
DPD delivery, so you know your item will not get chucked over a fence or left with undesirables! Postage was very reasonable too and delivered within 48 hrs.
I will simply say, if only other websites offered the same experience as this. Perfect purchase.

Stunning radiator
I ordered a 'designer' radiator - a coloured column radiator in a beautiful blue colour. Radiator arrived quickly and looks absolutely stunning. They rang me to arrange delivery and couldn't have been easier. Would definitely use again.

Review now changed, Wayne has now resolved my concern and the radiator turned up today. Thank you, now happy with everything..
Ordered last Tuesday and not heard anything about delivery. Tried to email and was told it would be dispatched within 48 hours of the order but I haven’t received a delivery tracking. Also tried to call and no one is answering the phone. I need it this week, hoping this will prompt a response, please reach out and resolve and I’m happy to change the review.
