ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT BUT....
ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT BUT..... DID NOT USE CONNECTORS. I USED DRILL AND MY OWN BOLTS. WORKED OUT IN THE END EASY ENOUGH. THIS WAS A LOW PRICED ITEM - SO I MUST MANAGE MY OWN EXPECTATIONS. QUALITY OF THE STEEL AND PAINT, HOWEVER, IS VERY GOOD.
UPDATE - I GOT A CALL IMMEDIATELY FROM SHANE AFTER THE LONG WEEKEND. VERY NICE. SPOKE OF ISSUES SAID WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME - WHICH HE NEEDN'T DO. I HAVE ALREADY FIGURED IT OUT AND WILL ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM ANYWAY. PRODUCT AND PRICEPOINT IS AWESOME - JUST THE MACHINERY CUTS ARE OUT OF ALIGNMENT AND I CAN WORK AROUND THAT EASILY. THESE GUYS SHOULD OWN IKEA'S IN-HOME CLOSET MARKETPLACE WITH A LITTLE TWEAKING.....

The product does not feel strong enough…
The product does not feel strong enough for storage of boxes and tool in shed. It feels flimsy and is rocking. I had to tie it to a rafter in the shed roof.

It was suppose to arrive the next day…
It was suppose to arrive the next day but it was 3 days later when it came. So I was disappointed over that as had hung around for the afternoon, thinking courier was running a bit late and I couldn't contact driver that sent the text .So I had no further update as to what happened

Website is a bit glitchy with the basket, but the overall experience was good with very prompt delivery. Was accidently over charged for shipping and they immediately contacted me and offered a refund or credit. very nice guys
