I love Rachel Jackson jewellery and am lucky enough to have a few necklaces. However, the most recent order wasn't quite right and their customer service team were amazing - sometimes things go wrong but they fixed it quickly. Definitely recommend RJ for your next jewellery fix!

Wife's necklace broke not long after receiving it. After contacting customer service they couldn't be more helpful. Emily reassured us, explained what they could do and sorted a new item in roughly 8 working days. Was very happy with the service and professioanlism

Emily was extremely helpful when I needed a gift and it was out of stock everywhere. She helped me find a stockist and then assisted the stockist with the engraving in time for the event. Will definitely buy again!

I love RJ jewellery and got very excited to buy a gift in the archive sale, but when they came to fulfil my order, the item wasn't available. However, I received a lovely email with a very suitable alternative and a 15% discount. Things sometimes go wrong, but I judge a company by what they do when something does, and RJ couldn't have managed the situation better.

My sisters bought me a Zodiac necklace for my birthday in the summer which I love and have worn daily. Unfortunately, one day the chain snapped as I picked it up to put on - thankfully in the house and not while I was out wearing it so I didn't lose the pendant. Emily from RJ was quick to organise a replacement for me.

I brought myself the zodiac coin necklace and later got it for my friends birthday present! We both love them!

Sadly the chains snapped with both, however, I called Rachel Jackson and they replaced both chains immediately, their customer service was incredible, I will 100% buy from here again.

I bought a really expensive necklace. I loved it but it broke after a few weeks. It’s under warrantee but I have emailed several times and been ignored. I now have a £250 necklace that I can’t wear and no response from Rachel Jackson at all. Very disappointed.

I recently ordered the Gemma Styles necklace from Rachel Jackson. Unfortunately after just a few short weeks it somehow broke. I reached out to the customer service and received a very kind reply pretty much immediately. After a few very kind and emails back and forth Emily offered me a gift card and I was so thankful. So all in all- I will definitely order from Rachel Jackson again and appreciate the very kind customer service-Thank you!

Sent the wrong item ordered for a Christmas gift, poor start. Not even so much as an apology when contacted directly, getting worse. Correct item out of stock, near rock bottom. Either the 'customer happiness manager' is a bot or has the charisma and charm of a tea towel, there's rock bottom.

Managed to order a pendant that my partner lost. Super swift delivery and amazing customer-centric focus. Highly recommend Rachel Jackson.
