Net30 account denied despite meeting the stated requirements
Very disappointed with the customer service. I was assured that a first purchase of over $100 would unlock Net30 payment terms for my company. That was the sole reason I chose to order from Quill. After spending the money, the customer service changed their speech and forced me to keep paying by credit card. This lack of transparency and failure to stand by your word is unacceptable for business customers.

This is a joke of an enterprise. Save your time and energy.
The worst, most backward customer service, run away to save your time and energy.
Random order cancelations without explanation, contradicting statements by different people in customer service. The first line of agents are extremely poorly trained and are of absolutely no use. You'll need to connect with a supervisor to have any reasonable or logical conversation. Kept stringing me along for days only to cancel the orders in the end & will give absolutely no explanation.

Is There A Reason For The Rather Large Price Jumps?
The price of item I normally purchase increased from (to be exact) $56.50 (order #189252259-2/5/2026) to $73.03 (order #191706947-7/3/2026) within a 5 month period is rather a large unrealistic price jump.
