I used Quenchfire company to install the Halo 2 mist fire system in our apartment as per building control regulation. The job was quite complete to install nozzles in existing celling from ground floor the to 4 stories. Quenchfire fire did an outstanding job, from assessment, installation, and commissioning the whole system. I highly recommend Ollie and is team.

We are a principle contractor and we have used Quenchfire a number of times now to help us out when we have been struggling to provide a protected means of escape. The team were particularly helpful in assisting us with providing a retrospective solution to one of our clients houses that was under offer to enable a building regulations sign off. Quenchfire were able to quote, fit and certificate with 3 weeks which was an enormous help in preventing our client in loosing their buyer on the house. A great fast and efficient service and we would have no hesitation in recommending them as an installer for misting solutions.

Very happy to recommend Quenchfire. Two engineers arrived when they said they would, and were very cheerful about having to work in the small space under the stairs. The test was done quickly, with no mess, and in less than an hour. We continue to be happy with Quenchfire's service.

We unexpectedly needed a mist system installed in our conversion. Quenchfire bent over backwards for us, coming out quickly to give us a quote and fitted us in speedily for the first fix so we could get back on with the build. Every member of staff I met or spoke to was helpful, friendly and polite. We have quite low ceilings and the product is unobtrusive and the sprinklers look slick so you don’t really notice them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quenchfire.

Overall, we’d recommend Quenchfire. Initial design and proposals were provided in a timely manner and support on hand to answer questions. We installed this system by choice rather than as mandated by building control.

We picked them over another supplier as they did drilled all of the holes for the spray heads as part of the cost which we felt was for the best given the nature of the system. Installers were helpful and tidy in their work.

There is a small amount of electrical and plumbing work to do which you will need to organise yourself but it’s minor and clearly set out in a contractors guide.

We haven’t the system go off yet (thankfully) but the overall process so far has been positive and we would recommend.

We used Quenchfire for the refurbishment of 13No. Flats which required a misting system to meet building regulations. We found Ollie and his team to be competent and professional. They met the build teams needs, both technically and programme wise. Were user friendly, adaptable and nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quenchfire based on our experience.

From start to finish the team at Quenchfire have been amazing. From the first phone call to the final installation, the team made the process so easy. We had three properties that needed the fire mist suppression system put in, WOW, four day's later all done. Seriously impressive. The added bonus they left the properties looking immaculate. Quenchfire deliver exactly what they say - very happy. I cannot recommend highly enough.
