Excellent team.

As usual the service at this garage was first class. Always a very professional service from booking in to collecting the vehicle. I have used this team for many years and will continue to do so.

Adrian green Had work done to my audi the service you get from this garage is 2nd to none they are the best I would recommend this garage to everyone better than main dealer and a lot better prices the staff are so helpful and polite would not hesitate to return to this garage

Great Service

Had my Audi TT TDI in at Quattro-Tech on 18th February for an oil change and was really impressed with the service. The team were friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about Audi vehicles. Everything was done efficiently and the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.

It’s always reassuring finding a garage you can trust, and the quality of service here definitely stood out. I’d happily return in the future and would recommend Quattro-Tech to anyone looking for reliable work on their car. 😊

5* experience, every time

Every single time I’ve visited, whether it’s pre planned for a service or It’s been a spur of the moment visit as I need something fixing urgently, Alex (and the team) have been fantastic.

COMPETENCE, CARE, AND VALUE

I have a nice car and I need to have my car cared for. Quattro-Tech gave me the care and assurance that I needed.Their pre service communication and flexibility is outstanding, as is their on the day service and post service contact. Value for money is important to us all, and Quattro-Tech are fully transparent in providing a price for the work. And with none of the “add ons” that are often given by some garages, post service.
For 20 years I have been a slave to always going back to the main dealer for my service, and being considered a loyal customer. But wiser in my old age, I realise that I am paying somewhere near double the price for being dealer loyal customer.
My last 2 visits to Quattro-Tech have shown me that they provide an outstanding service at a highly competitive price. The dealer cup of coffee and dedicated service advisor, and perhaps a quick wash, are to me, not worth the 50% increase in the dealer cost over what Quattro-Tech offer.
Great job Quattro-Tech. Thank you.

Knowledgeable and efficient.

I have been using Quatro-Tech virtually since they opened. They have always provided an excellent service with good communications. Never know to propose work that was not needed, Their vehicle specific knowledge is much appreciated and I will continue to use their services.

Great from start to finish

Great from start to finish. From the initial call with the friendly and knowledgeable Kelvin and Ross, right up to picking my vehicle up from them. Quattro tech ooze quality, professionalism and honesty.
Prices are a lot better than main dealer, however serviced is not skimped on. All the technicians are friendly and approachable.
If you own a VAG vehicle then these are the guys to see.

Quattro Tech St Ives - In for the usual routine service, friendly and polite. No hidden charges they do what they say they are going to do. Love the fact they ring you a few days before to make sure you haven’t forgotten ( which I tend to do) and inform you of anything that is due to completed with no pressure to have it completed. Top place lucky to have this local to me in St Ives

Annual service and MOT

Car in for annual service and MOT. Top customer care as usual. Thought I was booked in for a drop early and wait but garage had me booked for a drop and leave. However with a re-jig on their part and I was done and away by 11.30. I was made aware of jobs highlighted on their system as due (spark plugs & brake fluid change prior to the day and asked whether I wanted these carried out at service or not. Excellent service. I feel reassured my vehicle is in good hands.

If no stars was an option I would have…

If no stars was an option I would have selected it! I gave my Audi S5 for a diagnostic as the engine was rattling waited the whole day just for them to charge me £90 to say the engine is noisy and if I want to know what's wrong with it I need to pay more for further diagnostics like what was the point of me paying the initial amount? They gave no indication of of what it could be for example the chain or pistons could have said anything if it took them 7-8 hours and not even a compression check was done.

For absolute clarity, you attended our premises in person and asked us to move another of your pre-booked vehicles so you could bring your Audi S5 in sooner. We accommodated this request for your benefit only. At the time of booking, you stated you had recently purchased the vehicle from trade and requested a vehicle health check. There was no mention of any engine noise at that stage.

Only at the point of drop-off did you add that you believed there may be an engine rattle. In line with the authorised health check, we inspected the vehicle and confirmed that an engine knock/rattle was present. We then correctly advised you that proper fault diagnosis would require dedicated diagnostic time under a separate booking.

You were charged solely for the service you requested and approved. A vehicle health check is a visual and functional inspection — it is not an in-depth engine diagnostic. Meaningful investigation into internal engine noise typically requires several hours of dedicated labour, including procedures such as compression testing, advanced diagnostics, and in some cases partial strip-down. This work cannot be carried out within the scope or price of a standard health check and must be specifically authorised.

A follow-up booking for full engine diagnostics was arranged and agreed with you at collection. This appointment was subsequently cancelled at your request 8 days later.

We reject any suggestion that the agreed work was not completed or that you were charged unfairly. We delivered exactly what was requested, and we clearly explained the next diagnostic steps required.

Despite multiple attempts from our team to discuss this with you and reach a resolution, you have confirmed you do not wish to proceed further.

We wish you well in resolving the matter elsewhere.

Going the extra mile

Millie , John and the team always go the extra mile . Recently needed to ensure both cars were ready and all set for a family funeral a long distance away. Great Service - Amazing!

This is my second. Visit to Quattro -Tech and I am so pleased that I found them. The first time they helped with my ‘stuck’ power flap which stopped me for charging my hybrid SEAT, and the second time for my Service.
