Harmony, my care giver is excellent. She is professional, caring, and responsive to my questions. She has helped me several times to determine my medication needs. I would recommend her to anyone.

Very misleading. Very deceitful. I paid 90 dollars for meds, my pharmacy refused to work with PUSH Health, and they will not offer a refund. They must know in advance that the pharmacies will not work with them, and still concede to take your money.

I decided to use this Telemedicine service for convenience. Bad decision!!!

I have been taking my high blood pressure medication for the last 16 years. My blood pressure is well regulated and stable. I was led to believe by them asking me the medication name, dosage, and the quantity that I desired that I would receive a 6-month supply for $69.99 or less -- which is a little less than going to my local physician. The doctor actually said that it would be $64.99, but in the end he still charged me the full $69.99.

The bigger problem was when he filled my prescription he only filled it for a 30-day supply, and told me my next visit would cost $99.99.

I dealt with this company in good faith. They countered with a misleading representation of what I was purchasing. Which in reality, was literally suposed to be, their PERMISSION for me to go and PURCHASE a 6-month supply of my necessary medication.

This is a typical BAIT-&-SWITCH SCHEME. Designed to get the patient to return far more often than is medically necessary at a much higher cost.

This is FRAUD and CORRUPTION. I highly recommend not using this company.

As for me, the next time I will go back to my local primary care physician. At least she's never tried to cheat me. I will never use another Telemedicine Service ever again.

Didn’t know what to expect when I was hoping for a muscle relaxer to ease a muscle injury, but I received a prompt reply and an rx for a muscle relaxer and steroid soon thereafter. Will use again.

I had a frustrating experience with this online prescriber due to slow communication and poor service. The platform had technical issues, making it difficult to upload basic ID information.

After finally getting my prescription, the pharmacy would not fill it. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, it was refused—despite the fact that I never received the medication.

Overall, the process was inefficient and unreliable. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Dr Manzur Moidunny I feel like you shouldn’t be charging if you can’t receive the prescription and refuse to refund you. They won’t follow up with the prior authorization for medication refused to refund you. This is a thing this one in particular Doctor does a lot apparently.

They have been great for me... answered all questions and helped me .....I have recommend them many times to friends. Mae and all are very nice and professional....

They don't answer their phone. I talked to a doctor and they were of no help and gave me a prescription for something I could buy over the counter. I wasn't looking for pain meds or narcotics either. I sent several pictures that you could see the skin condition I had. She said she couldn't see the pics. You could see the problem without enlarging them. Enlarging them, you couldn't miss. She wanted to do blood work (they make comission) which I didn't need and she could care less what I had to say. They are just there to make an easy buck. Not caring. Don't waist your time or your money.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely use their services again in the future. The process was simple but I was also able to message my provider even after my visit was over. I received personalized medical care with out having leave my bed.

I've had push health account for over a year. Everything started fine with the first several prescription refills. The last time several months ago I got absolutely no response from Dr hammers on a prescription request. Yesterday sent messaging sent my credit card requested a prescription refill and I still again have not had any response. It's been well over 24 hours. Even if I got my prescription approved today tonight I'm not being able to get my prescription tonight. Another day wasted!. I guess they're just too busy!. There's other places that are half as expensive and they are much much quicker

Thanks push health I have been using since I lost my doctor in 2022. Easy way to get medication until I find a new one and less expensive than urgent care or emergency.

I needed medical care which required a prescription and didn't want to have to wait days for an appointment and then have to drive, etc.

Push Health offered a great way to connect with a medical provider who could help me with my illness and prescribe for me, and Push also helpfully made it super easy to pick your pharmacy and get your meds all without leaving the house!

So much easier, (and less expensive) than running to the urgent care and sitting in the waiting room while feeling awful. I am very glad this service exists!

Although, I was very frustrated that they didn't have my prescription, the end result was just. The communication was very good and they did return my initial payment, since they couldn't supply my order. So, if you reach out to them, there will most likely be a favorable result.

Went the extra mile to male sure I was able to get the help I needed.

This company scammed me!
I paid for a consultation to see about getting a prescription. Instead of a consultation, I was notified that a prescription was just sent in for me without ever speaking to a doctor.
When I went to pick up the prescription, the pharmacy said they would not fill it because the code that the doctor sent in for it was wrong.
I have contacted the doctor and other people at Pushhealth and no one will make this right for me.
At this point all my inquiries are just being ignored.

They are in it to take your money. Its fraud. No prescription was written. My money was not refunded. Issue was not resolved.

Dr. LP (initials only but you can figure it out) only cares about the money. She kept me at .25 semaglutide for 8 weeks and it did absolutely nothing thing. OK, 1 pound. I even tried to reason and let them know what it wasn’t doing and crickets. This place is a joke. They get $80 for an RX and want you to keep coming back so they screw you on the dosage. Save your money. My sister is too chicken to post on this format but they just did the same thing to her.

Such a scam. The correspondence took so long, I actually thought this was not a USA based operation based on the length of time between correspondence. When I questioned why it was taking so long, and being asked for an additional $50. The doctor told me I was being rude, and told me I needed to go see a doctor in person. His named was Malik Shadid, and is an Er doctor. That being said, he had no urgency or compassion. I would not recommend this program. I canceled my request, and I was told by the doctor I would receive a refund. I will keep you posted if I actual receive my $70 refund. 0/10 do not recommend.
