This is a scam.
They WILL send through a prescription for the medication you choose under the pretense of being an online medical provider, however they will not provide recommendations to your insurance. You'll pay $69 up front to speak to one of their prescribing doctors then they will send a prescription to your pharmacy and will also charge you another $169 for diagnostic labs - even if you have insurance they will not take it.
When my pharmacy and I asked them to follow up with insurance they "discharged" me as a patient and also deleted our thread of messages. Thank fully I held back from paying them for the labs until I could guarantee that my insurance would cover my medication (pharmacy said it would cost MORE than $1000 where Push Health said it would cost only the co-pay with insurance and $500 without).

I recently visit the Push Health app. I was dealing with nurse practitioner Nicole Baldwin. I was looking for convince of not making appointment and going to see my regular doctor in person. I have excellent insurance, but I figure paying for visit $69 and have it done virtually it’s so much easier. What a mistake. As I install the app I answered all the medical questions. After that I was contacted by Nicole and asked the same questions again. I was issue prescription and my pharmacy contacted me for authorization from my insurance. I called my insurance and they requested authorization code. I contacted the NP through the website and asked for authorization. I was informed by her authorization team that I will be charged additional $50, after discussing I agree to it because at that point I just wanted to start my lost weight journey. I was told the medicine was authorized, mean time when I checked the website is still waiting for authorization from my insurance. I provide them with phone number to my insurance and did asked the team to contact them. Two days later nothing was resolved and at this point I don’t know if I just should go to my doctor. Very disappointing waste of money and time.

Nurse Vance is the best! She is caring and answers any questions you might have. She is prompt in getting a prescription to my pharmacy. I have used her before and I most highly recommend her to anyone.

Easy to use application for medical assistance when it is most needed. Was paired with a Medical professional within minutes of completing my intake information. Was assisted in a timely, professional and communicative manner. Highly recommend.

I was impatient and wanted a script for a new weight loss medication, and my doctor couldn’t see me for 3 weeks. So I decided for $70 I would get the script online and use my FSA money before the end of the year. They sent the script for one month. I asked them to correct it to 4 months, they said they could do three months BUT I would need to pay an additional $160! I am so so so sorry and cannot believe they can do this and still be in business. What a shyster way of doing business.

Push Health is GREAT when you need on demand healthcare...no waiting for appointments or sitting in germ filled waiting rooms. The entire process is quick and straightforward. Excellent healthcare, excellent price, Highly Recommend!

This is completely legit I have used then in the past when I could not get to my doctor. Either traveling or my doctor is booked for weeks. This not a scam. I have a pending request in right not because my doctors next available is 3 weeks out and tho I contacted them thru their portal and they did resond saying they will "let em know" it's been 5 days no word from them. Push is real and they are thorough and they will help you.

I went to Dr. Haider when he first started this business and watched it grow into what it is now. I wasn't sure at first, but am now convinced that his business is far more about making money than it is about patient care. I do not recommend them.

At the recommendation of a friend, I went to do the teledoc to get a prescription. I visited the doc & she wrote a prescription. The prescription is expensive & insurance would not cover it, so I worked a little extra time over a few of months to save money. Went back 6 months later & they told the pharmacy that my prescription was no longer valid. Prescriptions are valid for up to a year after they are written. When I wanted to know why, they stopped responding to me. I spent money on the visit only to have a prescription THEY wrote rejected after they got my money.

They were genially concerned about my condition and was able to put a health plan together for me that no other health service had. After 3 years of different doctors Push health put me back to a recovery and a healthy life once again.

5 stars isn't enough for the service they provided me.

Dr Bansal provides excellent care and displays empathy towards the entire process with me. I would not want another physician handling my care.

Very thorough and convenient. Didn’t have to spend 2 to 3 hours in an urgent care or emergency room around other sick people—coughing and sneezing all around me.
Also love that the doctor listened to what works best for me as opposed to other online doctors who will simply not listen.
Also, love the thorough follow up.

I have only great things to say about the care I received.

Horrible care. Initially I was prescribed the correct medication (that I’ve been on for a year+) and the experience was good. Then when I tried to get a refill after the first month a different provider said no due to not meeting medical criteria, which was incorrect, as I’ve been meeting criteria for 16 months. I then spoke with my MD, who reiterated that I met criteria. I was charged for the visit with no care and the nurse practitioner was rude and condescending. Of note, I have never written a review for anything, as I myself am a provider.

Disgusting company.... 100% fraudulent. The medication was probably water given to me by a bogus pharmacy.... Absolutely fake medication.
