Ignored, yet again
I really struggle to trust people..I have a sort of sixth sense when it comes to phone calls and emails..I can tell when someone genuinely is being honest and caring
Purple House Clinic, unfortunately, are not one of these organizations, although their 'expertise' is in psychological disorders.
I gave summary of my trauma via an email and it wasn't about comforting or getting to know me, it was straight about the money. I had done my homework on the staff and who could specifically help me, and the counselor they wanted to put me with didnt even have experience in the therapy I needed
Then a senior person got involved who I thought was helpful, up until I asked for a figure it would take to treat my condition as my only option was to use the NHS to get monies to pay for private therapy, and was considering using them. However, Alice Vine never responded.
Obviously, they have a certain rich clientele that they want to work with, and not those on long term benefits who genuinely struggle with mental health, but who want to get better, but because of a negligent and uncaring NHS haven't been able to access that help. It makes me deeply angry and frustrated.
Do any of these organisations trained in psychological therapies ever really care, or is it all about the love of money?
