login and response issues
I need to skip a delivery on my subscription, but couldn't log in to my account. I then tried to contact you through the chatbot on the website and was told "We're away".
I then emailed support and got no reply. So a couple of days later I emailed again, and still no reply.
The product (Fine ground almond flour) is great and I'm very happy with it, but you really do need to do something about your customer service.

This is the first time ordering from Purima, and I’m very pleased. I found the particular products I wanted and placed my order very quickly and easily. Delivery was quick and the comms from seller was good. I know where to go to for my next order.

Good quality nuts
Great buying experience. Kept me informed of order processing with prompt delivery. Being on low carb, I love roasted hazelnuts and macadamias. Other places never had the right roast, I always had to re roast them at home, but the hazel nuts from Purima was just right. The macadamias I ordered were also of good quality.
Will highly recommend for nut lovers. Will be shopping again.

Excellent, fantastic value, cheapest around for the quality. Some stores sell the same maybe slightly cheaper but the difference is the quality. Definitely buy from Purima again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
