When using this service expect all your winnings to be put into Bonus Money which you can only access if you gamble a disproportionately large amount of money. The website is so poorly designed and it does not have any indication of which part of your money is withdrawable and which is not. Support also not very friendly or patient.

I made deposit of 14500 and made winnings of 8700 and withdraw total amount. From here real problem starts they confiscated my winnings saying i breached terms by placing opposite bets in same event. This abuse is very foolish i played football total goals above and below. The time gap between both bets is almost more than 30mins and both are placed in first half of game. But they considered it as abuse. Such a pathetic site it is. And now to withdraw my deposit funds they asked me to provide documents more than 4 and i did all things and sent them full documents now they come up with another issue saying i borrowed funds from third party which is very very dumb reply i get from purewin. I confirmed them all money is my own hard earned money and I provided nearly 20 screenshots of AstroPay wallet and they are asking some different AstroPay UID which does not exist at all. The UID which they are asking from my astropay Is not exist at all. After explaining every thing to purewin all of sudden i lost access to my account and account seems closed and my funds gone. Kindly help me to file case against this scammers

It's fake site I lost my money I deposit amount but it's not not came to my account.....

I scammed by this purewin. I don't know what to do now... Pls don't play here. All ate scammers. The customer support members just blocked me... And cant getting replies from mails from last 3 days... They are huge fakers scammers. Pls guys don't loose your money

It’s such scam app withdraw will not giving simply they will say about banking time but in india IMPS transactions instant credit they cheated me 98500 rupees don’t place any bet in this app you won’t get any withdraw amount in this scam scam app be alert about this app

It is completely same, don't use this website.
My deposit money deducted from my account but it is not showing in my gaming wallet. When I check with support, they are asking to check with bank, but bank is confirmed the transaction successfully completed. But these websites fellows not confirming properly.
If someone want to take risk that's your choice. But I am clearly confirming this site is doing financial scam.

i am gaming in purewin since six months, whatever is use to win and withdraw i use to get in 2 days because it was all small amounts within 10,000/- thru bank transfer i was not asked for kyc. i have won around 1.65 lakhs and asked for withdrawal they really showed there true colors. now they want my kyc i submitted my adhaar card, bank details and id proof. till date they have not resolved the issue. I really dont understand when you were transfering 10k 15k at that time all these documents are not required but when it comes to 1lakh and above everthing they require and after furnishing they want my bank portal all these things. Dear freinds please be carefull I feel it is not genuine gambling site, all possiblities of players getting cheated my own experience please be carefull before playing. It is a bogus casino

Guys don't deposit a single money on purewin. Your money will stuck & your won't get your money easily.
My personal experience my money is stuck with them since last 1 month which was deducted from my bank account but not credited to purewin wallet . I am chasing purewin customer service team since last one month. They are not refunding the money
