Bad treatment and patronising sales advisor…
Customer service and the way I was spoken to was dreadful . Always thought of purewell electrical as a good company with good customer service . Seems that has changed greatly. Charged £49.99 for simply cancelling at 8.30am before it had even left the yard. An order less than 12 hours old ! With the way things are financially within the economy for people atm I’m very disappointed they felt the need to take this . Never again will I shop with them .

Hi Tina, We arranged to get this item to you on a next day delivery after you ordered it in store yesterday. As part of our Ts and Cs, which you signed and agreed to, there is a charge levied for cancelled orders if done on the day of delivery. The reason for this is that we are now unable to fill our van slots because the van is loaded and departing.
As you recognise things are tough in the economy, and that is true for businesses as well as consumers so having people cancel orders on the day of delivery does have an impact.
Sadly we will agree to disagree on poor customer service, you have simply been charged for cancelling your order and charged in line with the Ts and Cs and you are not happy about this. That does not make it bad customer service, rather it is something that you don't like. When you were in store and Dave was helping you with measurements, offering advice, showing you various fridge freezers and arranging to get the item to you less than 24 hours after ordering you did not think there was a problem with our customer service or that he was patronising. I hope you manage to sort a fridge out.

whole experience was so good.…
The saleroom staff helpful and knowledgable, met my needs in a non pressurised atmospere. The showroom was clean and spacious and plenty of stock.
The staff behind the desk were polite and patient with me.The delivery and installation ( 13/12/22) went so smoothly and Grant & Dean so helpful, went above and beyond what they needed to do.Polite, respectful, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very pleased with our new fridge freezer. Excellent customer service, telephone call notifying us of the delivery slot. Very pleasant and helpful delivery driver. Also nice to know they are local to us too. Would highly recommend and will return next time we need any electrical item. Thank you

Purewell's installation engineers are excellent
Purewell's installation engineers were briliant. Before they installed our new Bosch dishwasher, the diagnosed a plumbing problem (drain pipe was missalligned and virtually blocked.) They cleaned and reset the drian pipe and connected up the appliance. The gave detailed instructions about the machine and demonstared and tested the install. Great service from a local company.

Customer for life
From the moment I entered the store someone came to attend to me which is a rare occurrence nowadays. I got great service from these people from purchase to installation. Their prices are comparable to the large on-line and other electrical retailers plus of course a level of service which you will not get from the giantsTEJI5668

Fantastic service from start to finish! Purchased a fridge freezer, Ed's advice superb! Delivered on time and took away our old very large and heavy American Fridge freezer from our 2nd floor flat (without a lift!) by two delivery men who were both still smiling and happy when all done! A big thank you to all !!
