I've had a really bad experience with this company and would not recommend anyone to use them. I ordered a home gym machine from them in June 2020. However I cancelled the order with the company the beginning of July and was told my refund would take 7-14 working days. I still haven't received a refund after many attempts at contacting the company and it is now August.
When face with a PC emergency, Nick was very pilot and helpful from the outset. he took time out of hours to engage with me and offered great advise to get what I needed.
I would definitely speak to Nick before you go anywhere else!

Excellent service- discussed issue regarding non-booting PC with staff.
Resolved within 24 hours after testing hardware, and overnight testing. Would recommend- and use again.
Have known Nick from the earliest Micom days and he has remained as knowledgeable, honest and helpful as he has always been. He supplies me with PC equipment personally and more recently has started to supply my business needs also.

I have used Puretek LTD a couple of time this year always great service and Nick know what he is talking about and very helpful.
I had a problem with my work laptop just before Christmas and could not be without it for long. It kept turning straight off after start up Nick said it was turning off so it didn’t over heat !!
Left it with them and It was repaired the next day at a good price .
