I love this company for their stellar commitment to customer service, transparency with any delays (though rare) and their ability to provide answers to my questions about the most ideal products and equipment for my services. I appreciate the comprehensive knowledge they lend in a world of hurried, three word answers. Purespa has been an asset to all our locations and the new ones to come!

Pure Spa Direct = lifesaver for busy spa girl here. I don't wanna shop 5 places, I just get all the supplies in one swoop. wax, gloves, under eye pads, lotion, all that. Order came in neat boxes, super easy to unpack. No drama, just works every time. I’m sticking with them.

im an esthetician and i been ordering from pure spa for a while now, prob like 5 or 6 times already. always get my stuff fast and packed nice. they got literally everything i need for my studio - wax, gloves, sheets, all that.

one time i called cause i ordered the wrong wax (my bad lol) and the girl on the phone helped me fix it right away, super nice. prices are good too, better than most places i used before.

i don’t usually write reviews but this site just makes it easy to get what i need. def gonna keep ordering.

I placed an order with pire spa direct over two months ago and have yet to receive my items. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I’ve received nothing but vague excuses and empty promises. Not only was my order never delivered, but they have also refused to issue a refund.

This level of negligence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. A company that takes your money and provides neither the product nor a refund should not be trusted.

Not only did the product arrive quickly, it was as pictured and they went above and beyond with the packaging of my item. I am very happy all around, will definitely order again and do recommend purchasing from Pure Spa Direct.

I ordered the black lash tint in the original gold/orange box. Everything about it was very clear and simple to use. I am very happy with the results. Little to no smell so no irritation near the eyes as well as a great consistency so not runny product. The order came on time and with no issues. I will definitely re-order.
