PureGym is absolutely disgusting when…
PureGym is absolutely disgusting when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. Many members do not wipe down machines, benches, or equipment after use, leaving sweat behind for others to deal with.
What is even more frustrating is that staff often appear to be sitting around rather than actively monitoring the gym floor. Staff should be regularly walking around, encouraging members to clean equipment after use, and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained throughout the gym.
A gym should be a clean and safe environment for everyone, and currently this is not the experience being provided. I would appreciate seeing staff take a more proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and addressing these issues.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. We fully understand the importance of cleanliness and will be dealt with. We continue to ask, as we always have, that members bring with them a towel with them to wipe kit before and after use and where possible, the team will remind members of this. Frustrating
While the team has been polite, I am genuinely disappointed with how they handle account issues. I was accused of 'cheating the system' and had my account blocked without any prior warning or opportunity to explain myself before they blocked it..
It really leaves a bad taste in your mouth when a company assumes the worst before simply asking a question.
I had a very simple explanation for the situation, which I've now emailed to them, but this whole ordeal could have been avoided with better communication.

The gym is spacious
The gym is spacious, has good modern equipment, staff are helpful and visible and it doesn’t have extremely loud music. It’s also very clean, even in the showers after the teenagers have been in. PT Carlos is great too.

The sevenoaks Puregym is managed really well in the sense that all equipment is maintained well and has regular inspections. I've been to many puregyms where there have been screws lose in equipment and poor maintenance in machines. This is not the case in sevenoaks puregym. The gym is clean and kept in good condition. The staff there post information on social media so everyone attending this gym knows and understands new things and need to know info about the gym.

Great PG branch with helpful PT's
I've been using PG Sevenoaks for several months now, splitting my time between here and other PG's. By far, this is the best PG branch I have come across. Clean & tidy, good range of equipment and timetable is good with helpful PT's.
