Enjoyed my visit

We do our very best to provide a wide range of kit so that members have a variety of ways to workout. Inductions can be booked in your Bookings section of your Member's Area or app just like you would book any other class! Inductions are called 'Get Started' and will show you everything you need to know about starting the gym. We also love being able to help and chat to members when given the opportunity to do so, so please do not hesitate to approach a member of our team within the gym for further assistance! Extremely Poor Hygiene in the Women’s Toilets
I am genuinely disappointed with the hygiene standards at this PureGym location in Bracknell. The women’s toilets have been in an unacceptable condition for months and nothing ever seems to improve.
The smell is overwhelming every single time — a strong, unpleasant urine odour that hits you the moment you open the door. The cubicles are consistently dirty, with toilet paper scattered everywhere, and the sanitary bin areas are never emptied properly. The disposal bins are overflowing to the point that used sanitary products are visible and sometimes lying outside the bins. It is extremely unhygienic and makes it almost impossible to use the facilities.
For a gym that prides itself on cleanliness and member experience, this level of neglect is shocking. As a regular member, I feel very uncomfortable and frustrated, because the toilets should at least meet basic sanitation standards. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue immediately.

Our team do their very best to maintain cleanliness during daytime checks, even at peak times and regularly check all areas of the gym to keep things tidy. Burn Class with 152 Average BPM
Brilliant burn class 22nd Aug by Yaz. First time in 3 years my average heart rate was at 152 BPM. Like more such classes. Looked easy but was not. Well done Yaz love all your classes.

Was going to sign up today but when I…
Was going to sign up today but when I got there was rushed off by the assistant manager who said it’s all online…I mentioned about how to get the offer and if I could at least do it inside the gym and she said she can’t let me in and it’s all online. Couldn’t get the offer or sit to sign up so just left. Will try another day when someone can assist me as I felt so unwelcomed so I went to my other gym.

I’m sure the gym is very good but its…
I’m sure the gym is very good but its location was an issue. I purchased a day pass but couldn’t actually park the car as it was a Saturday - the only day I could visit. The gym is located inside one of the main shopping centers and next to the car park I was trying to park at. As a result I turned round and went home.

Gym drugs and safety beyond repair
After 2 years i have cancelled my membership as Bracknell has gone downhill. Staff cut backs, drug use and safety has destroyed what was a good gym.
